At 6:08 a.m. Report of a deceased subject in the area of Moore Street.

At 9:08 a.m. Report of a suspicious subject in the area of Seventh Street.

At 4:11 p.m. Warrant service in the area of Vale Street resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old male on a valid warrant out of Curry County.

At 4:34 p.m. Report of a disturbance in the 29200 block of Ellensburg Avenue.

At 6:12 p.m. Report of a disorderly subject in the 29500 block of Ellensburg Avenue.

At 7:49 p.m. Area check at Buffington Park.

At 8:19 p.m. DUI investigation in the area of Colvin Street resulted in the arrest of a 39-year-old male.

Saturday, Feb. 29

At 7:04 p.m. Report of a disorderly subject in the 29600 block of Ellensburg Avenue.

At 3:43 p.m. Report of a suspicious subject in the area of Lavin Street.

At 4:26 p.m. Report of a suspicious subject in the area of the Visitors Center.

At 9:49 p.m. Report of a suspicious subject in the area of the Curry County Fair Grounds.

At 11:46 p.m. Report of a deceased subject in the area of Curry General Hospital.

At 5:07 p.m. Report of illegal camping in the area of Rubys Way.

Monday, March 2

At 8:48 a.m. Report of suspicious conditions in the area of Riley Creek.

At 11:02 a.m. Area check at Buffington Park.

At 11:17 a.m. Report of a dispute in progress in the area of Hunter Creek Loop.

At 1:03 p.m. Report of suspicious conditions in the area of Hound Dog Hill.

At 3:58 p.m. Report of trespassing in the area of Second Street.

Tuesday, March 3 

At 8:02 a.m. Report of a missing person possibly in the area of Gold Beach. Juvenile was located and turned over to Department of Human Services.

At 1:40 p.m. Area check requested in the area of the Visitors Center.

Wednesday, March 4

At 6:52 a.m. Report of shots fired in the area of Hunter Creek.

At 9:36 a.m. Area check at Buffington Park.

At 10:22 a.m. Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Third Street.

At 1:51 p.m. Report of a verbal dispute in the 29800 block of Ellensburg Avenue.

At 6:55 p.m. Report of threats in the area of the Port of Gold Beach.

At 9:17 p.m. Report of an alarm in the area of the Cannery Building.

Thursday, March 5

At 2:56 p.m. Report of trespassing in the area of Hillcrest Street.

At 4:58 p.m. Report of harassment in the area of Leith Road.

At 5:39 p.m. Report of an alarm in the area of Second Street.

Wednesday, March 4

At 12:02 a.m. Dispute/fight reported on Oceanview Drive.

At 4:05 a.m. Transient male was advised to move off bank property in the 800 block of Chetco Avenue and complied.

At 5:03 a.m. Criminal trespass reported in the 600 block of Chetco Avenue. Transient male sleeping in a business doorway was advised to move along and complied.

At 8:56 a.m. Suspicious conditions reported on Cove Road.

At 9:25 a.m. Adult male arrested on Fir Street for restraining order violation and transported to jail without incident.

At 10:22 a.m. Hit-and-run reported on Hub Street. Unknown suspect vehicle hit a citizen’s chain-link fence, causing damage.

At 2:47 p.m. Missing person with dementia was located on Alder Street.

At 2:50 p.m. Intoxicated subject reported in the 500 block of Chetco Avenue. Transient male sleeping on sidewalk in front of a business was cited for open container.

At 3:15 p.m. Female adult who attempted to steal over $1,000 of merchandise from a store on 5th Street was arrested for Theft I. She was cited to appear in court and released.

At 3:35 p.m. Female who was being hostile to customers in a business was warned for disorderly conduct and returned to her motel.

At 10:13 p.m. Suspicious conditions reported on West Benham Lane.

At 10:47 p.m. Suspicious conditions reported in the 1100 block of Chetco Avenue.

At 11:36 p.m. Rescue operation on Lower Harbor Road. Police, fire, and medical personnel responded to the Port near the C dock, where an intoxicated woman had reportedly undressed then jumped into the water. She spent about 15 minutes in the water but was rescued and transported via ambulance to Curry Medical Center for treatment.


Thursday, March 5

At 12:06 a.m. Dispute/fight reported on Court Street.

At 1:03 a.m. Suspicious conditions reported on Mill Beach. Several transients were advised of park hours and moved along as requested.

At 1:55 a.m. Open door reported on Redwood Street. Open garage door was secured by residents.

At 7:09 a.m. Suspicious conditions reported in the 900 block of Chetco Avenue.

At 8:16 a.m. Criminal trespass reported in the 800 block of Chetco Avenue. Transient male who has been previously trespassed from the bank was loitering again. The bank declined to press charges as long as he left, and he complied.

At 10:45 a.m. Disorderly conduct reported in the 800 block of Chetco Avenue. Transient male who had agreed to leave bank property earlier returned and was being disorderly inside. He was arrested for Criminal Trespass II and Disorderly Conduct II. He was cited into court and released.

At 11:36 a.m. Oregon State Police handled a rollover vehicle crash with injury on U.S. Highway 101 near Lone Ranch.

At 12:41 p.m. Suspicious conditions reported on Rainbow Rock Road.

At 4:41 p.m. Forgery/fraud/bad check reported on Munson Lane.

At 4:49 p.m. Burglary reported on Blueberry Drive.

At 9:40 p.m. Transient male warned for trespass in the 700 block of Chetco Avenue and moved along.

At 10:00 p.m. Occupants of a vehicle parked at a church on 5th Street were advised they were trespassing. Also warned not to drive the vehicle without proper equipment.

At 10:50 p.m. Disorderly conduct reported on Fern Avenue.

Friday, March 6

At 12:08 a.m. Dispute/fight reported on Easy Manor Drive.

At 1:47 a.m. A group of loud transients in the 700 block of Chetco Avenue, going through dumpsters were advised they were trespassing and moved along.

At 9:44 a.m. Criminal trespass reported in the 1600 block of Chetco Avenue.

At 10:20 a.m. Criminal trespass reported on Alder Street.

At 11:26 a.m. Dispute/fight reported on Moore Street.

At 2:44 p.m. Disorderly conduct reported on 5th Street.

At 4:04 p.m. Criminal trespass reported in the 700 block of Chetco Avenue.

At 4:56 p.m. Assault reported on Court Street.

At 7:14 p.m. Theft reported on Spruce Street.

At 10:02 p.m. Criminal trespass reported on 5th Street.

At 10:36 p.m. Criminal trespass reported in the 1100 block of Chetco Avenue.
