At 3:13 a.m. Criminal trespass reported on Nesika Road, Nesika Beach resulted in the arrest of a 43-year-old male.

At 12:09 p.m. Criminal trespass reported on Marks Lane, Harbor.

At 12:19 p.m. Theft reported on West Benham Lane, Harbor.

At 1:03 p.m. Fraud reported in the 15600 block of U.S. Highway 101 South, Harbor.

At 1:39 p.m. Assault 4th degree reported on Court Street in Harbor resulted in the arrest of 19-year-old male.

At 5:24 p.m. Probation violation on Winchuck River Road, Harbor resulted in the arrest of a 43-year-old male.

Monday, Jan. 20

At 12:01 a.m. Minor in possession of liquor reported at Mill Beach.

At 12:34 a.m. Suspicious conditions reported at Del Norte Lane.

At 7:38 a.m. Male transient formally trespassed from a business on 5th Street and moved along.

At 9:10 a.m. A business in the 800 block of Chetco Avenue was the victim of a green dot card scam theft.

At 9:20 a.m. Runaway reported on Lively Lane.

At 1:08 p.m. Officer reporting report of harassment on Spruce Drive.

At 3:58 p.m. Person down reported on Alder Street. Female transient claimed to be doing yoga and did not have a medical emergency.

At 5:16 p.m. Dispute/fight reported on Fir Street. Officers assisted parties involved in a verbal dispute regarding an existing restraining order.

At 6:16 p.m. Citizen warned for telephonic harassment in Brookings area.

At 6:38 p.m. Panhandling reported at a business on 5th Street.

At 6:59 p.m. Dispute/fight reported on South Bank Chetco River Road.

At 7:55 p.m. Suspicious conditions reported on 5th Street above Easy Street.

At 11:12 p.m. Suspicious conditions reported on Park Avenue for an unoccupied motor home parked there.

At 11:38 p.m. Female reported harassment by an unknown male on Old County Road at Azalea Park.

Tuesday, Jan. 21

At 7:35 a.m. Suspicious conditions reported on Memory Lane.

At 7:46 a.m. Criminal trespass reported in the 1000 block of Chetco Avenue. Transient sleeping in the doorway of a business was moved along by an officer.

At 8:48 a.m. Theft of recyclables reported by a business in the 1000 block of Chetco Avenue.

At 9:09 a.m. Citizen was the victim of computer fraud, but no money was taken; she will report it to the attorney general.

At 9:59 a.m. Transient male warned on Old County Road for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass and moved along.

At 10:53 a.m. Male transient was arrested for criminal trespass at a property on Railroad Avenue after being found sleeping underneath one of the buildings. He was transported to jail without incident.

At 11:35 a.m. Dispute/fight not as reported on Railroad Street.

At 12:58 p.m. Adult female was arrested for DUII on 5th Street after the vehicle was observed swerving all over the road. A small child in a car seat was turned over to a sober family member. Female was released to a sober adult with a citation to appear in court, following processing.

At 1:16 p.m. Employee of Azalea Gardens reported a transient sharpening a stick on the concrete and hitting rocks at cars. When contacted by an officer, the man denied these behaviors but did agree to move along.

At 2:25 p.m. Suspicious conditions reported on Old County Road.

At 4:10 p.m. Adult female made threats to the owners of a business in the 600 block of Chetco Avenue and was consequently trespassed from the location. Employees were directed to call 911 if she returns.

At 6:18 p.m. Burglary reported on Old County Road. Citizen possibly thwarted a burglary; K9 perimeter check with officer did not locate anyone. No apparent forced entry.

At 7:06 p.m. Theft reported on Sunset Strip.

At 7:39 p.m. Adult female arrested at a business on 5th Street on a valid detention warrant per her probation officer. She was transported to jail without incident.
