Dear Editor: My interest in politics was watching General Eisenhower’s inauguration as president. An awful lot has changed since then!

The political viewpoint from the “far left” seems to be, they are “right, wise and totally correct.”

This way of thinking causes a lot of rage, as shown by “AOC plus 3” (Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Abdullahi Omar, Rashida Tlaib and Ayanna Pressley).

They spew that America is racist. America is evil. America is hateful.

This rage is going to become deadly: majority whip Steve Scalise, who was shot and almost died, by a maniac looking to kill Republicans; A representative from Florida, Matt Gaetz, getting voicemail giving death threats to him and his family; the uprising of Antifa.

Antifa, which was welcomed and praised by the White House five times in 2014.

Antifa, which attacked a journalist in Portland, kicking and punching him, hitting him with a piece of concrete causing brain damage (Fox Cable News).

Antifa, attacking a federal building with a rifle and fire bombs plus trying to ignite a large propane tank.

In Tacoma, at a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement building was attacked. Protestors pulled the American flag down, spray painted it, hoisted it upside down, along with hoisting a Mexican flag.

Not one “left” congressman condemned this violence when confronted, especially “AOC plus 3.”

This is going to escalate and there are going to be deaths.

Instead of working on bills that would help Americans, Congress has spent the last six months viciously attacking each other!

Congress has an approval rating of 11%. My question is: Why so high?
