It is with sadness, but hope in the Risen Lord, that the family of Raymond Charles Heiss announces his passing to eternal life on April 7, 2021 at the age of 62. Ray was born on February 2, 1959 in Downey, California, and had been a resident of Brookings, Oregon, since 1973. He graduated from Brookings Harbor High School in 1977 and continued to live and work in the area since then.

Ray was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Bundas Heiss and his father, William Carl Heiss and is survived by his siblings Sister Diane Heiss SDSH, Rosemary Heiss Bane, Phil Heiss and David Heiss, as well as eleven nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews.

Ray had a kind heart and a fun sense of humor, was greatly loved, and will be dearly missed. Favorite memories of Ray may be shared on the Tribute Wall of the Redwood Memorial Chapel @ www.redwoodmemorial.net. Interment will be held at a later date in Southern CA.
