With great sadness we say goodbye to Mary Alice Boshart, 72. She passed away October 22, 2020 after a long battle with cancer.

She was born July 12, 1948 in Ontario, Or. to Allen and Hazel Hodges. Mary and her brother were raised and went to school in Vale, Or.

Mary and her husband of 30 years, David Boshart, moved to Brookings-Harbor, Or. in 1999 and became active in the community. She was generous, caring, funny, and creative. She loved gardening, was a wonderful seamstress and was known for her big “Whale- Of-A-Sale” yard sales. She spent almost two decades volunteering, and was on the board of the Brookings Harbor food bank.

Mary is survived by two children and one grandchild.

We will miss her dearly.

No service will be held, as per her request.
