Meantime, an ambulance and a deputy found a deceased male on the 400 block of Cummins Road after responding to a 911 call for an ambulance at approximately 10:30 a.m. Oct. 26.

The sheriff’s office dispatcher received a call from a man complaining of difficulty breathing and requesting medical assistance. A deputy responded to assist the ambulance with locating the residence. When they arrived, they found the dead man, who has been confirmed as Louis C. Martin, born in 1977.
