Illegal burning, 10:45 a.m.: The resident put out the fire after told to do so in the 300 block of Oxford Street.

Driving complaint, 11:15 a.m.: Carpenterville Road.

Vehicle impounded, 2:36 p.m.: A complaint of a driver nearly causing an accident near the Botanical Garden resulted in a car impounded because the driver had no insurance.

Unlawful entry of a vehicle, 3:40 p.m.: A business owner watched a man get into her husband’s vehicle and take his toolbox in the 800 block of Chetco Avenue.

Theft, 4:42 p.m.: 1500 block of Seacrest Lane.

Injury traffic crash, 4:55 p.m.: A traffic crash was reported as a vehicle vs. bicyclist and medics responded to U.S. 101 and South Bank Chetco River Road. The bicyclist had crashed on his own, and no medical assistance was needed.
