Candice Keshan Swain, born 1988, of Crescent City, was convicted of identity theft and sentenced to 18 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, fined $750 and ordered to pay $545 restitution to a private citizen. In a separate case, she was convicted on a charge of providing false information to an officer and sentenced to 18 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $600. Charges of third-degree theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle were dismissed.

Michael Wayne Robison, born 1967, of North Bend, was convicted on charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree theft and sentenced to 64 months in prison and 36 months’ post-prison supervision on the first charge; an additional 90 days will be served for the second charge. He was also acquitted on one charge of first-degree theft.

Trevor William Tobey, born 1986, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of third-degree theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle and released.

Jeffrey Adam Smith, born 19075, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct charges and released.

Mason William Getz, born 1998, of Brookings, was arraigned on a menacing charge and released.

Cecil William Wright, born 1992, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to charges of third-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.The incident put him in violation of a probation violation on a third-degree theft conviction. He has also pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree trespassing in a third case. In a fourth case, he has been arraigned on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree burglary.

Mark David Rees, born 1955, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a second-degree criminal mischief charge and fined $150.

Robert David Work, born 1951, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of second- and third-degree criminal mischief. In a separate case, he pleaded not guilty to charges of menacing, pointing a firearm at another and harassment.

Talea Lannett Yowell, born 1978, of Crescent City, changed her plea to guilty to a 2013 charge of second-degree theft and released.

Robert Delany Blackwell, born 1994, of Port Orford, was arraigned on three charges of unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item — plants and extracts — and one of second-degree criminal mischief.

Terry Mick Phelan, born 1990, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a DUII charge and was released.

Steven Anthony Aguirre, born 1978, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to interfering with an officer and not guilty to fourth-degree assault and resisting arrest. He was convicted on the first charge and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 60 days in jail and fined $300; he was acquitted on the other two charges. The incident put him in violation of his probation in cases in which he was convicted of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespassing.

Dustin Beau Davidson, born 1982, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to DUII, third-degree assault and failure to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person. Charges of second- and fourth-degree assault and reckless driving are slated to be dismissed at sentencing.

Mayra Vasquez, born 1988, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to two charges of recklessly endangering another person and one each of reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief.

Penny Lane Shouse, born 1974, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to three charges of telephonic harassment.

Sarah Jessica Boydston, born 1994, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing.

Lester James Cramer, born 1968, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to third-degree theft.

Nicholas Vaughn Bolter, born 1995, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to charges of third- and fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment.

David Alvarez, born 1982, of Brookings, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of providing false information to an officer in connection with a ticket, and was sentenced to 36 months’ probation and 30 days in jail.

Mathew Ray Barrett, born 1988, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance and was sentenced to two years’ probation, 10 days in jail, a six-month license suspension, ordered to enroll in drug treatment courses and fined $600.

Kirk Shane Wilson, born 1987, of Florence, pleaded guilty to charges of providing false information to an officer and third-degree theft; a third charge of third-degree escape is slated to be dismissed at sentencing.

Benjamin Clyde Allen, born 1990, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a DUII charge and had his sentence diverted and was fined $490.

Matthew Thomas Rice, born 1966, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to telephonic harassment and was fined $100.

Harry Victor Carlson, born 1951, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to DUII and reckless driving charges.

Colleen Cecile Ellis born 1977, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to DUII and recklessly endangering another person and had her DUII sentence diverted and was fined $490; the second conviction garnered her a sentence of two years, a 90-day license suspension and was fined $600. Two other charges of recklessly endangering another were dismissed.

Suzanne Marie Hamilton, born 1968, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to three years’ probation, 30 days in jail and fined $500. Charges of assaulting an officer and second-degree disorderly conduct were dismissed. In a second case, she pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to three years’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $1,100. A charge of interfering with an officer was dismissed.

John Aaron Simpson, born 1972, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of first- and second-degree criminal mischief and reckless driving.

Jared Eugene Rickard, born 1992, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to first-degree theft, second-degree theft and possession of methamphetamine.

Leeds J. Foyil, born 1968, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, possession of methamphetamine and second-degree theft.

Anthony Blake Rutten, born 1965, of Mckinleyville, California, pleaded no contest to a charge of refusal to take a test for intoxicants and was fined $650.
