William Arlow Daniels IV, born 1966, of White City, pleaded guilty to DUII charge. He also faces a reckless driving charge.

Michael Wayne Berry, born 1961, of Salem, was convicted on DUII and reckless driving charges and was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 120 days in jail, was fined $3,100 had his license suspended for life and was ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program on the first charge, and sentenced to 90 days in jail concurrent to the first sentence and fined $500 on the second charge.

Savannah Rose Hickman, born 1995, of Brookings, changed her plea to guilty on a DUII charge; she also pleaded not guilty to a reckless driving charge. She also faces a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Jeffrey Dow Holiman, born 1968, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to DUII and had his sentence diverted and was fined $490.

Jeremiah Joseph Greene Sr., born 1981, of Brookings, changed his plea to guilty on a DUII charge. He was also arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Stephen Alan Branton, born 1951, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to second-degree disorderly conduct and was sentenced to two years’ probation and ordered to pay $350 restitution to Fred Meyer.

Daryl Chrystyn Cotner, born 1979, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to a third-degree theft charge. In a separate case, he pleaded not guilty to a second-degree theft charges.

Joshua Brian Cantwell, born 1987, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to charges of menacing and possession of methamphetamine.

Alfred James Hilo, born 1949, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to charges of pointing a firearm at another and menacing and was released.

David Alvarez, born 1983, of Brookings, was arraigned on a charge of providing false information to police in connection with a citation.

Brian Scott Fuller, born 1974, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of menacing and attempting to commit a Class B felony.

Jacob Trevor Shelton, born 1977, of Gold Beach, was convicted on three charges of first-degree criminal trespassing, one of second-degree criminal trespassing, two of third-degree theft and acquitted on one charge of first-degree criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 180 days each in jail on the first two charges, another 30 days in jail, consecutive to the others, on one third-degree theft charge; and 36 months’ probation and ordered to pay $100 in fines and $12 in restitution to McKay’s Market on the second third-degree theft charge. The remaining convictions each netted him 36 months’ probation, concurrent to the other charges.

Cheryl Annette Lapeer, born 1968, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a second-degree criminal mischief charge and was sentenced to two years’ probation and fined $100; a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Jeffrey Dale Rosenberry, born 1975, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to and was convicted on one of three charges of attempting to elude a police officer. The other two were dismissed.

Bobbie Jo Guerrero, born 1981, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of supplying contraband and possession of methamphetamine.

Brandon Lee Hunt, born 1997, of Port Orford had three charges of unlawful manufacture of a marijuana item and one of second-degree criminal mischief dismissed.

Cecil William Wright, born 1992, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing.

Sean Ryan Faubian, born 1980, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to charges of DUII, failing to perform the duties of a driver resulting in property damage and reckless driving.
