Michael Wayne Etress, born 1952, of Harbor, was arraigned on one count of second-degree theft and sentenced to two years’ probation, 20 days in jail, ordered to have no contact with Grocery Outlet in Harbor and fined $100. In a separate case, he was convicted of failing to report as a sex offender — a second charge of the same was dismissed — and sentenced to two years’ probation, 20 days in jail and fined $100.
Daryl Chrystyn Cotner, born 1979, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on a charge of third-degree theft.
Valerie Jeanne Watters, born 1955, of Port Orford, was convicted on a second-degree disorderly conduct charge and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, two days in jail and fined $400. She was acquitted of charges of assaulting an officer, second-degree criminal mischief and a second, second-degree disorderly conduct charge.
Steven Anthony Aguirre, born 1978, of Gold Beach, changed his plea to guilty to a second-degree criminal trespassing charge.
Trevor Scott Morris, born 1997, of Harbor, was convicted on one of four charges of recklessly endangering another person in connection with a DUII conviction and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, a 90-day license suspension and fined $1,100.
Dawn Renee Bader, born 1967, of Brookings, had a harassment charge dismissed.
Michael Ernest White, born 1980, of Bandon, changed his plea to guilty to two charges of third-degree theft. He was sentenced to two years’ probation, fined $100 and ordered to have no contact with Ray’s Food Place. Two charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and one of second-degree criminal trespassing were dismissed. The sentence was also deferred for 30 days.
Steven Wayne McGregor, born 1962, of Springfield, for failing to appear in court to address his compliance in a DUII conviction.
