Tina Joy Gardner, born 1979, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to first-degree burglary and theft charges.

James Morey Steinmetz, born 1989, of Port Orford, was convicted on a third-degree theft charge and sentenced to two years’ probation, fined $350 and ordered to pay $46 restitution. He was also ordered to have no contact the U-Haul or Kar Kare in Port Orford.

Eric Alan Wilson, born 1966, of Harbor, was arraigned on a charge of false swearing for allegedly swearing he was buying a firearm for himself, not a third party.

Amber Dawn Carey, born 1980, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing. She was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $600 and ordered to have no contact with Fred Meyer. The incident put her in violation of her probation in a case in which she was convicted for possession of a Schedule 1 substance, second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Edward Buck Korang, born 1992, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-degree theft and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, fined $600 and ordered to pay $5 restitution to Circle K.

Richard K. Saenz, born 1993, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal mischief and was fined $250 and ordered to pay $9 restitution to a private party.

Kenneth Alan Welch, born 1984, of Brookings, was arraigned on a first-degree criminal trespassing charge and released.

Austin James Berry, born 1994, of Coos Bay, pleaded not guilty to DUII and reckless driving charges and was released.

Vernon Wayne Ivie, born 1961, of Harbor, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and released.

Jesse Gyle Ellsworth, born 1973, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and second-degree theft.

Braeden D. Pettus, born 1999, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to minor in possession of marijuana; his license will be suspended for a year and he was fined $435.

Malcolm Dea Baldwin, born 1940, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to a charge of failing to perform the duties of a driver resulting in property damage. A DUII charge is anticipated to be dismissed at sentencing.

Joshua Adam Carmack, born 1984, of Coos Bay, pleaded guilty to a second-degree burglary charge and was sentenced to 18 months in prison, 12 months’ post-prison supervision, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $1,369 in restitution to a private party. Charges of first- and second-degree theft were dismissed.

Samantha Ashley Moreau, born 1988, of Klamath Falls, changed her plea to guilty on a charge of resisting arrest and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $350.

Michael D. Sanders, born 1979, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a charge of driving with a suspended license. His deferred sentence includes 36 months’ probation and a $250 fine.

Jason Kyle Carder, born 1982, of Gold Beach, changed two of his pleas to guilty on charges of recklessly endangering another person and was sentenced to two years’ probation, 17 days in jail, fined $1,600 and ordered not to start fires. Seven other charges of recklessly endangering another, possession of methamphetamine and offensive littering were dismissed.

Robert Ray Aldridge, born 1963, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing and was sentenced to two years’ probation and fined $500.

Steven Anthony Aguirre, born 1978, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing and was released.

Kelly Jo Lovejoy, born 1973, of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a third-degree theft charges.

Joshua Dean Harper, born 1989, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a charge of criminally driving with a suspended license.

Jesse Gyle Ellsworth, born 1973, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a second-degree theft charge; a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle was dismissed.
