Parking violation, 10:53 a.m.: The owner of Bernie Bishop Mazda reported several parking violations by patrons of the post office. Vehicle owners are parking their vehicles in his driveway on Wharf Street.

Theft, 1:55 p.m.: A boy will be contacted by police regarding a theft from a local business in the 300 block of Fifth Street.

Suspicious conditions, 5:03 p.m.: 500 block of Cushing Court.

Dispute, 5:55 p.m.: 13800 block of Ocean View Drive in Smith River.

Criminal trespass, 3:53 a.m.: 98600 block of Camellia Drive.

Unlawful vehicle entry, 5:49 a.m.: The theft of property from unlocked vehicle was reported in the 800 block of Jodee Lane.

Assault, 8:10 a.m.: A man was assaulted by woman. The woman left area with another man. Both were found and taken into custody. She was arrested for assault. The man was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of Fir Street.

Disorderly conduct, 10:31 a.m.: A male transient yelling at customers of Barron’s has been banned from the property.

Disorderly conduct, 11:04 a.m.: A citizen reported a man walking in the middle of the road yelling at people. Officer made contact and warned him for disorderly conduct at Azalea Park and Old County roads.

Suspicious conditions, 1:03 p.m.: A suspicious vehicle with two men inside sped off when the reporting party tried to contact them on Seventh Street.
