Mental subject, 10:42 a.m.: 1200 block of Iris Street.

Theft, 12:51 p.m. 600 block of Easy Street.

Suspicious conditions, 4:29 p.m.: 18800 block of Montbretia Lane.

Burglary, 7:41 p.m.: A man was arrested after breaking into a residence and taking items in the 600 block of Easy Manor Drive.

Non-injury vehicle crash, 7:44 p.m.: 98100 block of U.S. 101.

Thursday, Jan. 18

Prowler, 1:02 a.m.: Police received a report of someone knocking on the door in the 400 block of Pacific Avenue.

Welfare check, 7:25 a.m.: A concerned citizens requested a welfare check on a man who was walking in the ocean at Mille Beach during dangerous conditions. He returned to safety on higher ground.

Driving complaint, 7:48 a.m.: Citizen reported a driver had nearly hit three pedestrians in a crosswalk at Pioneer Road and Easy Street. She signed a citizen’s citation against the offender.

Driving complaint, 1:50 p.m.: An off duty officer witnessed reckless driving by a juvenile known to him at Pacific Avenue and Pioneer Road and reported it in order to issue a citation.

Public assist, 3:20 p.m.: An officer provided information and resources to a citizen having difficulties with a relative diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in the 96400 block of Shorewood Terrace.

Harassment, 5:02 p.m.: Officer assisted a citizen by providing information about harassment.

Suicidal subject, 5:49 p.m.: Brookings.

Criminal trespass, 11:40 p.m.: 800 block of Chetco Avenue.
