Suspicious conditions, 2:17 a.m.: Botanical Gardens. Officer was unable to locate transients walking into the gardens as if to set up camp.

Driving complaint, 7:32 a.m.: NB Chetco River Road.

Criminal mischief, 9:22 a.m.: Main Street Skate. Transient male accidentally knocked down a business camera but returned it to the business owner undamaged. No crime.

Disorderly conduct, 9:54 a.m.: McDonalds. Male transient was contacted by an officer and warned for disorderly conduct after crossing the highway outside a marked crosswalk, causing a traffic jam.

Transients, 10:57 a.m.: Azalea Park. Transients who were observed setting up a tent near the gazebo in Azalea Park were advised to pack up and move along and did so.

Transients, 11:13 a.m.:Mill Beach. Park rangers were advised of large messy transient camp on Mill Beach.

Drug information, 11:47 a.m.: outside US Cellular.

Attempt to locate, 12:15 p.m.: Chetco Inn.

Illegal camping, 12:48 p.m.: Azalea Park.,Transient male denied setting up camp in the park but was advised to gather his belongings and move.

Theft, 2:48 p.m.: 97600 block of Marina Heights.

Animal complaint, 2:43 p.m.: Mechelle Lane.

Driving complaint, 2:54 p.m.: Hwy 101 northbound from Smith River.

Alarm, 3:00 p.m.: 1100 area of Chetco Avenue.

Disorderly conduct, 3:01 p.m.: Fred Meyer. Male transient was warned for disorderly conduct at Fred Meyer and formally trespassed from the store.

Suspicious conditions, 3:26 p.m.: Rite Aid lot.

Theft, 4:11 p.m.: Blanket stolen from washer at Brookings Econowash.

Assault, 4:34 p.m.: 600 area of Easy Street.

Shot(s) fired, 600 block of Fifth Street. Turned out to be a neighbor setting off firecrackers.

Crash without injury, 4:42 p.m.: Hwy 101 southbound.

Alarm, 5:00 p.m.: Spruce Street.

Transients, 5:49 p.m.: Pet Mart. Transients loitering at a business had left prior to officer arrival.

Fraud, 6:51 p.m.: Circle K. Adult male arrested at Circle K-Northgate 76 for passing a counterfeit bill. Transported to jail without incident.

Noise, 7:00 p.m.: Passley Road.

Threats, 7:14 p.m.: Cielito Lindo.

Driving under suspension, 8:04 p.m.: Chetco and Arnold.

Mental health issues, 10:27 p.m.: Near Dutch Bros.

Driving complaint, 8:52 p.m: HWY 101. A trooper stopped a vehicle described in a driving complaint. Driver admitted to some bad driving behaviors but said it was a mutual road rage incident with the reporting driver. Verbal warning for reckless driving.

Welfare check, 9:39 p.m.: Oxenfre Public House.

Driving Complaint, 10:13 p.m.: HWY 101. OSP Trooper arrested a male for DUII following a report of a reckless driver with a headlight out in Harbor. He was released to a sober adult after processing.
