Steven M. Barrett, born 1969, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a second-degree criminal trespassing charge and was fined $200.
Rudy Edward Lopez, born 1988, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of second- and third-degree criminal mischief and released.
Robert Michael Jordan, born 1987, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a charge of fishing without a license and was fined $115.
Vilma Alves McCutcheon, born 1969, of Mendocino, California, pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment and was sentenced to 12 months probation, five days in jail and fined $600. In two other cases, charges of reckless driving and first-degree disorderly conduct were dismissed.
Daniel Delmar Farnum, born 1986, of Coos Bay, changed one of his pleas to guilty to a charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to 18 months in prison — of which 15 months will run concurrently with a Coos County conviction — one year of post-prison supervision and fined $200. Charges of first-degree aggravated theft and second-degree criminal mischief were dismissed.
David Leslie Smith, born 1953, of Coquille, pleaded not guilty to two charges each of first-degree arson and first-degree reckless burning.
Jennifer Ann Gates, born 1983, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to a charge of fourth-degree assault.
Leigha Hope Labrasca Garcia, born 1988, of Crescent City, pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree theft and was released.
Bruce Thomas Woods, born 1946, of the Cape Ferrelo area, changed his pleas to guilty on charges of fourth-degree assault and menacing. The assault conviction garnered him 24 months’ probation, 20 days in jail and an $1,100 fine; the menacing charge got him 20 days in jail to be served concurrently and a $500 fine. Charges of strangulation and pointing a firearm at another were dismissed.
Benjamin Joshua Anderson, born 1978, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to a charge of fourth-degree assault and was sentenced to 48 months probation, 60 days in jail and a $1,600 fine. A harassment charge was dismissed.
Michael John Paul Till, born 1955, of Littleton, Colorado, changed his plea and was convicted on a reckless driving charge and was sentenced to 18 months probation, a 90-day drivers license suspension and a $600 fine.
Ryan Scott Barrett, born 1989, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to a charge of discarding refuse within 100 yards of state waters.
Amanda Thuythi Nguyen, born 1990, of Gold Beach, changed her plea to guilty to a possession of methamphetamine charge and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, a six-month license suspension and ordered to enroll in drug treatment and pay a $600 fine.
Burton William Soto, born 1979, of Lebanon, pleaded not guilty to charges of harassment and interfering with making a report.
Christina Cathleen DeYoung, born 1985, of the Cape Ferrelo area, was arraigned on three charges of manufacturing a marijuana item when she was found to be in possession of more than a quarter-ounce of a cannabis extract not purchased through a licensed seller and 16 mature pot plants.
Kendall Nicole Sanders, born 1995, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of heroin and was sentenced to 24 months probation, 10 days in jail, a six-month license suspension and ordered to enroll in drug treatment and pay a $600 fine.
William Herbert Weston III, born 1975, of Wedderburn, was convicted on a charge of third-degree theft and sentenced to 12 months probation, ordered to have no contact with McKay’s Market in Gold Beach, fined $400 and ordered to pay $5 restitution to McKay’s Market.
Eric Christian Harris, born 1995, of Wedderburn, pleaded guilty to unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and had his sentence deferred.
