The following is from John T. Jezuit at the Curry County Board of Commissioners’ Office:
Due to an upgrade to the county’s phone system on Friday, Dec. 13, the Curry County Sheriff’s Dispatch will lose automated call routing for the weekend.
Callers will be unable to leave voice messages from Friday around 6 p.m. until early Sunday morning.
911 calls will not be affected nor an issue. It’s basically only the Voice Mail System over 24-36 hours over the weekend.
