* At 7:35 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of Matot Street and arrested a woman on assault charges.

* At 7:54 a.m., police formally trespassed a transient woman from a business in the 500 block of Chetco Avenue.

* At 9:35 p.m., police responded to Fred Meyer to investigate a hit-and-run accident.

* At 11:01 a.m., officers conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of Matot Street.

* At 12:06 p.m., police responded to Blueberry Road after a caller reported a tree down.

* At 1:11 p.m., a caller reported a vehicle was blocking the bicycle lane on Chetco near Heather.

* At 3:46 p.m., a caller reported receiving threats in the 1000 block of Easy Street.

* At 5:46 p.m., a criminal mischief report was received from the 500 block of Fir Street.

* At 9:46 p.m., police responded to the 500 block of 5th Street. A disorderly man at the location asked to be transported to the hospital for mental evaluation.

Thursday, Feb. 4

* At 12:52 a.m., a police officer observed a suspicious vehicle in the 500 block of Chetco.

* At 1:35 a.m., an officer was notified of an ongoing verbal dispute.

* At 8:18 a.m., police responded to the 800 block of Chetco and trespassed a transient woman sleeping at a business.

* At 8:32 a.m., officers responded to the 1200 block of Chetco to a report of a dispute.

* At 11:30 a.m., police responded to the Chetco River Bridge after a caller reported a man on a bicycle fell over.

* At 1:04 p.m., police responded to the 300 block of 5th Street and arrested a woman for theft. The woman was issued a citation and released.

* At 3:44 p.m., a caller reported two vehicles were parked in a bike lane on Chetco between Easy and Ransom.

* At 6:07 p.m., a caller reported being harassed on the telephone in the 600 block of Hemlock Road.

* At 6:36 p.m., police responded to the north end of the Chetco River Bridger after a caller reported hitting a deer while driving.

* At 7:50 p.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Chetco, where they contacted, cited and released a transient man for criminal trespass and theft of services.

* Between 11:04 and 11:28 p.m., officers conducted three traffic stops on Chetco Avenue.

* At 11:54 p.m., a caller reported someone was knocking on doors and windows in the 700 block of Cottage Street. Police contacted the man and asked him to leave the property.

Friday, Feb. 5

* At 12:47 a.m., officers responded to the 98000 block of Gerlach Lane to a report of criminal trespass.

* At 7:47 a.m., police located a man with an outstanding warrant at Chetco Inn. The man was arrested and booked into the county jail.

* At 10:24 a.m., a female transient was trespassed from a business in the 500 block of Hemlock.

* At 10:41 a.m., police conducted a welfare check in the 1300 block of Ransom Avenue.

* At 1:30 p.m., a caller reported being harassed by telephone in the 700 block of Chetco Avenue.

* At 2:28 p.m., police responded in the 1500 block of Seacrest Lane after a caller reported seeing a man looking into yards while staggering and appearing disoriented.

* At 4:37 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Chetco and 5th.

* At 6:39 p.m., police, medics and Brookings Fire responded to a two-vehicle traffic accident on Donald Road and North Bank.

* At 10:35 p.m., police responded to Fir Street after a caller reported her dogs got out.

* At 11:41 p.m., an officer found an unattended fire on Mill Beach and extinguished the fire.

Saturday, Feb. 6

* At 9:22 a.m., a female transient in the 300 block of 5th Street reported she was receiving threats.

* At 11:12 a.m., police responded to the 700 block of Chetco Avenue after a caller reported a man was refusing to leave a business.

* At 11:28 a.m., officers responded to Mill Beach after a caller said two dogs had been tied to a table for hours.

* At 1:55 p.m., police received a report of a man walking into traffic and knocking on vehicle windows. Officers were unable to locate the man.

* At 3:24 p.m., police responded to the area of Highway 101 and 5th and contacted a transient man for disorderly conduct. The man agreed to leave the area.

* At 5 p.m., a caller in the 800 block of Easy Street reported their bank account was being hacked.

* At 7:26 p.m., police received reported of transients lodging in the 700 block of Elk Drive.

Sunday, Feb. 7

* At 12:13 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Chetco and Center. The driver was cited for driving uninsured and warned for failure to carry registration and failure to carry present driver’s license. The vehicle was parked until insurance could be obtained.

* At 1:36 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Tanbark. A man was arrested for DUII and released to a sober adult after processing. Two vehicles were also impounded.

* At 2:05 a.m., police responded to the 500 block of Fir Street after receiving a noise complaint. Officers contacted people in the area, who agreed to turn their music down.

* At 5:56 a.m., a fight was reported in the 15800 block of Highway 101.

* At 10:10 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at 5th and Chetco. The driver was cited for operating with driving privilege and failure to renew vehicle registration and was given a warning for unsafe left turn.

* At 11:17 a.m., police conducted a welfare check in the 1100 block of Chetco Avenue.

* At 1:21 p.m., police responded to the 16400 block of Highway 101 after receiving an assault complaint in the area.

* At 2:24 p.m., a caller reported a criminal trespass in the 800 block of Railroad Avenue.

* At 4:25 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Old County Road and mediated a dispute between juveniles at Azalea Park Kid Town. The children and their parents were counseled.

* At 8:12 p.m., officers received a report of a small dog wandering on Railroad Street. The owner found the dog and took it home.

* At 11:06 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on Highway 101. The driver was cited for driving with a suspended license, and the vehicle was parked until a licensed driver could remove it.

Monday, Feb. 8

* At 12:53 a.m., officers responded to the Blue Coast Inn where they located a woman outside screaming. The woman was warned for disorderly conduct and arrested on a Medford warrant. She was cited and released for the warrant at the location.

* Between 4:27 and 4:56 a.m., officers made three traffic stops on Chetco Avenue. All the drivers received verbal warnings.

* At 9:57 a.m., police cited a transient female for criminal trespass in the 500 block of Hemlock Street.

* At 10:54 a.m., a traffic accident was reported in the 500 block of Chetco Avenue.

* At 11:34 a.m., police responded to the 1200 block of Chetco and made contact with a transient man who refused to leave the hotel. The man left after talking to police.

* At 12:08 p.m., officers formally trespassed a man from the 800 block of Railroad Street.

* At 12:18 p.m., a disorderly customer was trespassed from a business in the 800 block of Chetco.

* At 1:36 p.m., a traffic accident was reported at Chetco and Mainstreet.

* At 6:50 p.m., a traffic hazard was reported at the north end of the Chetco bridge.

* At 9:20 p.m., a caller reported receiving threats in the 16000 block of Boat Basin Road.
