Pacific Reef Hotel in Gold Beach is featuring an oceanside holiday light show, “Illuminate the Pacific,” that covers six acres of the hotel’s beach access to the Pacific Ocean.

Three light shows set to music features programmed lasers synchronized to classic holiday tunes, in conjunction with the holiday-themed video from the hotel’s outdoor Adventure Theater, an almost 400-square-foot screen with a high-definition projector, advanced sound system and open-air seating.

Lights bathe the trees that surround the area, to a somber tune of “Amazing Grace” that blasts into a funky, upbeat version with a flashing and dizzying array of lasers before segueing into “Winter Wonderland,” “Jingle Bells,” and rousing renditions of “Carol of the Bells” and “Wizards in Wintertime” by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.

Guests at the hotel can view showings from their balconies, as well, and Christmas lights are also on display throughout the presentation.

“We couldn’t be more proud to debut the ‘Illuminate the Pacific’ holiday light show, and just in time to celebrate the holidays with such an incredibly unique experience,” said Pacific Reef Hotel owner Gene Pranger. “Guests are already calling it a sensation — we truly hope it helps visitors feel the magic of the season as they make new memories and traditions for their holiday getaways this year and in the future.”

Showings are from 6 to 8 p.m. through the rest of the month and snippets can be viewed at v=c2TJr4_1Onk, v=IUzQA0wFYeQ&t= or https://www. lqjzCt3wJj0.
