The Del Norte Association for Cultural Awareness (DNACA) premieres its 36th performance series with Molly Tuttle delivering award-winning bluegrass music.
The concert is at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, in Crescent Elk Auditorium at 994 G St. in Crescent City.
Tuttle, a bluegrass guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, has earned several accolades. Awards she has received are the 2017 Guitar Player of the Year from the International Bluegrass Association, Song of the Year from Folk Alliance International’s 2018 International Folk Music Awards for “You Didn’t Call My Name,” and Americana Award’s 2018 Instrumentalist of the Year.
Tickets are $18 general admission, $15 for seniors 65 and older and youth 18-25, and $12 for students. Tickets can be purchased at Wright’s Custom Framing and Art Supplies in Brookings, Del Norte Office Supply in Crescent City, online at www.eventbrite.com/myevent?eid= 49051469265 and at the door, which opens at 6:15 p.m.
Season tickets are still available at these locations through Nov. 17, providing discounted admission to all five concerts of the season. General season tickets are $70, seniors are $55, students are $45, and family (two general and two other) are $160. Season tickets are transferable and replaceable if lost.
