Bobby Douglas Landers, born 1990, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to a charge of failure to appear in court. He has also pleaded not guilty to charges of felon in possession of a firearm and possession of heroin.

Dionne Mechele Dillard, born 1972, of Smith River, was convicted on a charge of first-degree theft and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, fined $1,000 and ordered to have no contact with Fred Meyer in Brookings.

Austin William Benavidez, born 1998, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree criminal mischief and sentenced to 18 months’ probation, two days in jail, fined $100 and ordered to pay $89 restitution to a private party.

Jack Johnson, no birthdate or hometown listed, had charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment dismissed.

Jacob Trevor Shelton, born 1988, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of first-degree criminal trespassing and third degree theft.

Judy Renee Swiers, born 1962, of Elizabeth, Minnesota, pleaded guilty to a DUII charge from 1990 and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a year’s license suspension, 48 hours in jail, a one-year license suspension, ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program and fined $2,355.

Gregory Brian Tomiak Jr., born 1994, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to DUII and careless driving charges. He was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 48 hours in jail, a one-year license suspension, ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program and fined $1,355 in the DUII conviction, and fined $250 in the careless driving conviction. Two charges of recklessly endangering another person were dismissed.

Dude VanBogart, born 1990, of Grants Pass, pleaded guilty to a DUII charge and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a year’s license suspension, five days in jail, ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program and fined $2,355. A reckless driving charge was dismissed.

Kevin Wayne King, born 1974, of Portland, changed his plea to guilty on two charges of second-degree burglary. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison to be followed by three years of post-prison supervision on the first chage and eight months in prison concurrent to that and 10 consecutive months in prison for the second charge. Three charges of identity theft, and two charges each of giving false information to an officer and second-degree theft were dismissed.

Shaun Paul Iverson, born 1991, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated theft, second-degree burglary and felon in possession of a firearm charges. On the first charge, he was sentenced to 24 months’ prison followed by 24 months’ post-prison supervision; 18 months’ in prison concurrent to that in his first sentence on the second charge; and 12 months in prison consecutively to the first sentencing. Each sentence included a recommendation for drug treatment. Iverson was also ordered to have no contact with Rogue Outdoor Store nor the Crow’s Nest, both in Gold Beach. Other charges dismissed included one of second-degree burglary, 10 charges of first-degree theft and two of second-degree criminal mischief.

Sara Jessica Boydston, born 1994, of Brookings, changed her plea to guilty to a second-degree criminal trespassing charge and was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, five days in jail, fined $500 and ordered to have no contact with Goodwill in Brookings and South Coast Shopping Center in Harbor.

Frederick Campos, born 1975, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a harassment charge and sentenced to 18 months’ probation, five days in jail, fined $500 and ordered to have no contact with the Motel 6 in Gold Beach. A fourth-degree assault charge was dismissed.

Tyler John Preston, born 1988, of Auke Bay, Alaska, was arraigned on charges of DUII and third-degree theft and released.

Matthew Edward Patten, born 1993, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of DUII and reckless driving and released.

Stephen Allan Resendez, born 1958, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of reckless endangerment of highway workers and reckless driving and released. He also faces citations for refusing to obey a flagger and failure to obey a traffic control device.

Robert Michael Tribur, born 1982, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of DUII, reckless driving charges and four charges of reckless endangerment of another person and released.

William Dexter Rantala, born 1979, of Ukiah, California, was fined $115 in absentia on a charge of using barbed hooks in violation of fishing regulations.

Kevin Brian Hewitt, born 1963, of Central Point, was convicted for using barbed hooks in violation of fishing regulations and fined $65.

Terry Anthony Carnicello, born 1962, of Grants Pass, was convicted in absentia for driving without insurance and fined $530.

Kimberlee Dawn Lee, born 1969, of Port Orford, had her diversion in a DUII conviction revoked and was sentenced to 24 month’s probation, 48 hours in jail, a one-year license suspension and fined $1,355.

Cecil William Wright, born 1992, of Gold Beach, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing.

Tyler Anthony Tangeman, born 1991, of Vancouver, Washington, was arraigned on charges of reckless endangerment of highway workers and failure to obey a traffic control device and released. He was also convicted for driving without a license and fined $265.

William Paul Hull, born 1998, of the Alder Ridge area, pleaded guilty to and was convicted on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

John Robert Bowen, born 1955, of North Bend, was arraigned on two charges of third-degree theft and another of second-degree theft.
