Due to improved weather conditions and lower industrial fire precaution levels (IFPL) observed, Rayonier has decided to open access for its Oregon properties to logging and other contractors and to employees. Hunting and recreation customers and other license and permit holders have walk-in access only. Absolutely no campfires, no target shooting and no smoking are permitted.

We continue to monitor weather conditions on a regular basis and may determine to open or close forestland properties on an area-by-area basis.  In the event that IFPL requirements become more restrictive, everyone entering Rayonier or its subsidiaries’ forestlands is expected to follow the more restrictive requirements.

"Our support and hearts go out to all the emergency responders, local government, and volunteers on the frontlines fighting the existing fires, preventing new ones and keeping everyone safe," said Alejandro Barbero, Director of Strategic Development and Communications.
