Brookings-Harbor High School Homecoming organizers have announced the 2019 Homecoming Week Schedule, which includes a Bon Fire, Noise Parade, several dress up days and a school dance.

Tuesday, Oct. 1

The Homecoming tickets are $15 for a single ticket and $25 for a pair. The tickets are on sale near the front office of the high school, 625 Pioneer Rd. in Brookings.

Visitor passes must be issued in advance for all guests under 21. See Ms. Peters. Tickets will be sold at the door. Non-BHHS students will not be allowed without a pre-approved visitors pass.

Monday, Oct. 7

Day 1 Dress Up: Meme Day

  • 7:30-9 p.m. Homecoming Bonfire at the field behind Kalmiopsis Elementary School

Tuesday, Oct. 8

Dress Up: Tacky Tourist Day

Wednesday, Oct. 9

Nerds vs Jocks

  • 7 p.m. Powder Puff Football Game. All proceeds benefit Katelyn’s Cause.

Thursday, Oct. 10

Dress Up Generations

  • Freshman—1990s
  • Sophomores—1980s
  • Juniors—1970s
  • Seniors—1960s
  • Staff—2000s

6-10 p.m. Grade Level Float Creation

Friday, Oct. 11

Day 5 Dress Up: Blue and Gold

  • 2:45 p.m. Noise Parade from BHHS through downtown and back
  • 7 p.m. Football Game BHHS vs. Douglas High School Trojans with the Coronation of King and Queen at half-time

Saturday, Oct. 12

8-11 p.m. Dance "An Evening in Paris" sponsored by the junior class
