The Del Norte Triplicate has a full time opening for an accounting clerk.
We are seeking an accounting clerk to
perform general accounting activities as well as some office administration duties.
Extensive customer interaction is involved requiring superior problem solving and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers are a necessity. This position requires an understanding of basic accounting, basic excel and general office functions.
General A/P and A/R knowledge
Strong background in customer service
Ability to prioritize, multitask and organize, strong time management skills
Ability to communicate well with coworkers and customers by phone, in person and via e-mail
Excellent grammar skills, detail oriented and
Ability to work independently in an ever changing and fast paced environment
This position must possess a high school
diploma or general education degree (GED); six to twelve months of related experience and/or training;
Previous office experience is required.
