Lorraine A. Mosier Nov. 6, 1923–Dec. 23, 2017


Lorraine A. Mosier, 94, of Brookings, passed away Saturday at home while under the care of Coastal Home Health and Hospice.

She was born in Chicago, Illinois Nov. 6, 1923 to Samuel and Julia (Prepchal) Daniels. She married Lloyd Mosier Oct. 2, 1955 in King County, Washington. Mr. Mosier passed away Dec. 6, 2000.

She worked as an inventory clerk at Coast to Coast hardware store until it closed. She was a member of the Brookings VFW Auxiliary, a hula instructor and loved animals.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Donald Silva of Brookings and a niece, Geri McReynolds
