Ryan Wayne Beech, born 1967, of Port Orford, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
Aaron Daniel Dunay, born 1991, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of menacing and third-degree assault.
Fabian Castillo Navarette, born 1963, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to criminal driving and was sentenced to 18 months’ probation and fined $2,100.
Jillian Anne Hall, born 1979, of Harbor, was arraigned on a DUII charge.
Anthony Edward Halcumb, born 1997, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a charge of attempting to flee or elude a police officer and was sentenced to 18 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, a 90-day license suspension and a $1,000 fine. Charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person were dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to driving without a license or insurance and was fined a total of $705. A speeding ticket in a separate case, along with one for driving uninsured garnered him another $530 in fines. The incidents put him in violation of his probation in cases involving fourth-degree assault, failure to appear in court and possession of methamphetamine convictions.
Amber Dawn Carey, born 1980, of Crescent City, was arraigned on charges of second-degree theft and first-degree criminal trespassing.
