Robert Kris Stanley, born 1990, of Harbor, was brought back to Curry County from Shelton, Washington and arraigned on two charges of attempted murder and one of first-degree assault in the alleged shooting of another man Dec. 28.

John Kirkpatrick Olsen, born 1969, of Gold Beach, had his diverted DUII sentence revoked and was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, had his driver’s license suspended for life and was ordered to pay $1,355 in fines and complete 250 hours of community service work.

Martin Page Nisely, born 1961, of Nesika Beach, changed his plea to guilty in a first-degree aggravated theft charge. He has pleaded not guilty to second-degree burglary and possession of methamphetamine charges.

Amy Lynn Palmer, born 1976, of Brookings, was convicted on a charge of first-degree criminal mistreatment and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $600, ordered to pay $21 in restitution and not to work in a job where medications are dispensed.

Lila Irene Hensley, born 1988, of the Winchuck River area, pleaded guilty to and was convicted on a third-degree theft charge.

Anthony Gilbert Del Rio, born 1997, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, ordered not to go to Fred Meyer without permission from the corporate office and fined $600. In a separate case, a charge of harassment was dismissed. In a third case, he pleaded guilty to and was convicted of second-degree criminal trespassing and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and fined $600.

James Douglas Box, born 1970, of Gold Beach, changed his plea to guilty on a possession of methamphetamine charge and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, ordered to undergo drug treatment and fined $200.

Austin William Benavidez, born 1998, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a charge of fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to two years probation, 10 days in jail, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation and fined $850. In a separate case, a harassment charge was dismissed.

Robert Jerymi Sinnott, born 1979, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to charges of identity theft, first-degree possession of a forged instrument and attempt to commit a felony. He was sentenced to 18 months probation, 10 days in jail and fined $1,000 on the first conviction; 10 days in jail and a $1,000 fine on the second; and 10 days in jail and a $100 fine on the third. The jail sentences will run concurrently. A charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle was dismissed.

Jeremiah John Smith, born 1977, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a charge of the unlawful taking of wildlife and was sentenced to 24 months probation, a 36 month suspension of his hunting license, ordered to forfeit his rifle and was fined $1,000.

Mark Robert Wiegand, born 1987, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to and was convicted on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and sentenced to 18 months’ probation and fined $350.

Leigha Hope Labrasca, born 1988, of Crescent City, was arraigned on a charge of second-degree theft and released.

Charles Duane Knaus, born 1959, of Coos Bay, was arraigned on two charges of aggravated harassment, two of second-degree mischief and one of harassment.

Cathy Della Viscetto, birthdate not listed, of the Cape Ferrelo area, was arraigned on a harassment charge and released.

Timothy Arthur Strom, born 1994, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation, second-degree criminal mischief and harassment, and released. The incident put him in violation of his probation in a DUII case.

Misty J. Holcombe, born 1978, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to two charges of harassment and one each of second-degree disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault and released.

Keith Karl Hulford, born 1983, of Brookings, was convicted on a charge of second-degree possession of a forged instrument and sentenced to three years’ probation and fined $1,600.

Brian Kenneth Baca, born 1979, of Austin, Texas, pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Amanda Thuythi Nguyen, born 1990, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear in court. The case put her in violation of her probation in another case in which she was convicted of possession of methamphetamine.

Daylend James Wagner, born 1993, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of attempting to elude or flee an officer and reckless driving and released.

Steven Roger Dulin, born 1971, of Salem, pleaded not guilty to a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Bruce Thomas Woods, born 1946, of the Carpenterville area, pleaded not guilty to charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation, menacing and pointing a firearm at another.

William Herbert Weston III, born 1975, of Wedderburn, pleaded guilty to a third-degree theft charge.

Steven Gregory Moorman, born 1961, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest, interfering, second-degree criminal mischief and first-degree criminal trespassing.

Scott Eugene Young, born 1986, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to second-degree disorderly conduct and was fined $220.

Kyle Lee Berger, born 1983, of Harbor, was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.
