Hannah Mae Fallert, born 1990, of Brookings, had her probation extended by six months and ordered to 10 days in jail for violating her probation in a case in which she was convicted of manufacture and delivery of a Schedule 1 substance, possession of a Schedule 1 substance, possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Ryan Kimberugh Breitenstein, born 1989, of Crescent City, pleaded no contest to a DUII charge, was convicted and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a one-year license suspension, 48 hours in jail, ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program and fined $1,355.

John Roy McCoy, born 1985, of Portland, pleaded guilty to and was convicted on a DUII charge.

Jennifer Grace Gayman, born 1971, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree assault.

Jason Norman Olson, born 1983, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal mischief and was sentenced to two years’ probation, ordered to pay $125 restitution, enroll in an anger management treatment program and fined $850. Charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct were dismissed.

David Allen Compton, born 1958, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to DUII charges and had his sentence of one year probation and a $490 fine diverted.

Alexis Ann Turner Warne, born 1953, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to second-degree disorderly conduct. In a separate case, she pleaded not guilty to a charge of the same and harassment.

John David Osborne Sr. born 1953, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 120 days in jail (suspended) and fined $1,100. A charge of second-degree criminal mischief was dismissed.

Steven Gregory Moorman, born 1961, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. In a second case, he pleaded not guilty to harassment charges.

Ronald Craig Berry, born 1963, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to two charges of first-degree theft and one of first-degree criminal mischief.

William Herbert Weston III, born 1975, of Wedderburn, was arraigned on a charge of third-degree theft and released.

George Daniel Hobbs, born 1969, of Gold Beach, failed to appear in court and was convicted on a charge of failing to present his license and fined $1,000.

Alejandro Elijah Muro, born 1996, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of DUII, reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief and released.

The court has released from jail Anthony Dwight Haines, born 1996, of the North Bank Chetco River area and notified the victim of his alleged crimes of second-degree online sexual corruption of a minor, third-degree rape and third-degree sexual abuse.

Jeffrey Adam Smith, born 1975, of Coos Bay, pleaded not guilty to charges of attempting to commit a felony and second-degree criminal trespassing.

Shaun Paul Louis Iverson, born 1991, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Auguste Mitchell Jackson, born 1993, of South Beach, was arraigned on a charge of resisting arrest, interfering with an officer, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal trespassing.

Levi Garrett Brush, born 1996, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to DUII and carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced to one year probation and fined $490 on the first charge. He originally was ordered to complete 40 hours of community service work, pay a $500 fine and forfeit his weapon on the concealed weapon charge, but that was dismissed. A third charge of reckless driving was dismissed.

Samuel Paul Rodriguez, born 1990, of Overland Park, Kansas, had a charge of second-degree criminal trespassing dismissed. In a separate case, he changed his plea to guilty and was convicted on a DUII charge. He also changed his plea to guilty and was convicted on a charge of giving false information to an officer.

Jeffrey John Scherbarth, born 1955, of Agness, pleaded not guilty to charges of pointing a firearm at another, unlawful use of a weapon and menacing charges.

Michael Douglas Bratton, born 1982, of Harbor, changed his plea to guilty on a charge of failure to appear in court, and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 20 days in jail and fined $500. Other charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct were dismissed. In a second case, he changed his plea to guilty on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, five days in jail and fined $200. Restitution owed has yet to be determined.

Justin Livingston, born 1983, of Agness, changed his plea to guilty on a DUII charge and had his sentence of one year probation and a $490 fine diverted.

Terry Miles Dornath, born 1948, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a one-year license suspension, 80 hours of community service, ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program and fined $2,355.

Joshua Adam Carmack, born 1984, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree theft.

Christopher Matthew Jackson, born 1984, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to first-degree theft; in a separate case, he pleaded not guilty to a charge of carrying a concealed weapon.

Kyle James Kellum, born 1990, of Harbor, was arraigned on a second-degree theft charge.

Shaun Paul Louis Iverson, born 1991, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

John Aaron Simpson, born 1972, of Agness, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief.
