Jason Paul Williamson Sr., born 1973, of Gresham, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to two years’ probation, five days in jail, fined $1,105, had his license suspended for one year and was ordered to enroll in alcohol treatment courases. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.

Dwayne Richard Allen Davis, born 1982, of Crescent City, changed his plea to guilty in a harassment charge and was sentenced to three years’ probation, ordered to complete an anger management program and fined $850. A 30-day jail sentence was suspended and a fourth-degree assault charge was dismissed.

John Wesley Nieman, born 1949, of Medford, was arraigned on charges of menacing, pointing a firearm at another and two charges of recklessly endangering another person. Other charges are pending.
