Steven Richard Sneddon, born 1955, of Littleton, Colorado, had a DUII charge dismissed; he still faces a reckless driving charge.

Steven Robert Cook, born 1989, of Grants Pass, pleaded guilty to charges of felon in possession of a firearm and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, fined $600 and ordered to forfeit his gun.

Matthew Ryan Wiltse, born 1979, of Brookings, was convicted on a charge of second-degree animal abuse and sentenced to five years’ probation, 30 days in jail, and ordered not to own an animal in that time and to forfeit his dog to the shelter. He was also convicted on a charge of disorderly conduct and received five years’ probation and 10 days in jail concurrent with the first charge. The time in jail will be consecutive to time he owes in two other cases.

Louis Anthony Delgado, born 1997, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to one charge of failing to appear in court on a second-degree criminal trespassing charge. He was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, 19 days in jail and fined $200. The trespassing charge and a second count of failing to appear in court were dismissed.

Andrew Lee Parson, born 1986, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to second-degree disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and fined $400.

Jennifer Grace Gayman, born 1971, of Brookings, was arraigned on a fourth-degree assault charge and released.

Jason Norman Olson, born 1983, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer.

Monique Ellen Ceci, born 1967, of Port Orford, was arraigned on DUII charges and released.

David Allen Compton, born 1958, of Port Orford, was arraigned on DUII charges and released.

Louis Michael Courcy, born 1969, of Brookings, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released.

Michael Wayne Robison, born 1967, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of second-degree burglary and two charges of second-degree criminal mischief and released.

Alexis Turner Warne, born 1953, of Brookings, was arraigned on second-degree disorderly conduct charges and released.

John David Osborne Sr., born 1953, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief charges and released.

Steven Gregory Moorman, born 1961, of Brookings was arraigned on second-degree disorderly conduct charges and released.

Stefanie Crystal Welch, born 1985, of Port Orford, was arraigned on two charges of telephonic harassment and released.

Ronald Craig Berry, born 1963, of Brookings, was arraigned on first-degree theft charges and released.

Diana L. Lancaster, born 1948, of Harbor, was arraigned and released on charges of DUII, third-degree assault, failure to perform the duties of a driver pertaining to injured people, failure to perform the duties of a driver with regard to property damage, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.

Dawn Marie Oviatt, born 1969, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of first-degree theft, identity theft and possession of methamphetamine and released.

Michael Thomas, born 1961, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty to fishing with a barbed hook, and was fined $85.

Scott Thomas Pehrson, born 1961, of Crescent City, was convicted on three charges of first-degree aggravated theft and one of second-degree theft. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison on one aggravated theft charge and ordered to pay $59,187 in restitution. He was sentenced to 24 months in prison on the second charge, to run concurrent with the first sentence, and 20 days in jail and two years post-release supervision on one aggravated theft charge and 20 days in jail on the second-degree theft charge, both of which will run concurrent to the prison sentences.

Carrie Mae Starkweather, born 1987, of Gold Beach, changed her plea to guilty on a charge of possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance.

Alvin Alden Benedict, born 1935, of Brookings, was convicted on one charge of third-degree sodomy and sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 30 days in jail and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine and have no contact with the victim. A second sodomy charge and a first-degree sexual abuse charge were dismissed.

Joseph Michael Hanks, born 1982, of Myrtle Point, pleaded guilty to DUII and had his sentence of one year probation and a $490 fine diverted.

Christopher Ponce, born 1968, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a DUII charge. He also faces a charge of interfering with a police officer.

Austin William Benavidez, born 1998, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $100. In a second case, he had a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle dismissed.

Shaun Paul Iverson, born 1991, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a charge of possession of hydrocodone. He was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $200.

Anthony Ray Quilici, born 1958, of Smith River, pleaded no contest and was convicted on a charge of menacing. He was sentenced to 14 months’ probation, six days in jail and fined $600. A second charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

John Letrell Cader, born 1990, of Winchuck River, changed his pleas to guilty on a charges of assaulting a police officer, second-degree escape, third-degree escape and two charges of resisting arrest. On the assault charge, he was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, 30 days in jail, fined $500 and ordered to pay $227 restitution. The second-degree escape charge garnered him three years probation, 30 days in jail concurrent to the first charge and fined $500. The third-degree assault, resisting arrest and third-degree escape charges each got him 36 months’ probation, 30 days in jail concurrent to the others and a $100 fine. Charges of resisting arrest and assaulting a police officer were dismissed. In a separate case, a charge of second-degree theft against him was dismissed.

George Daniel Hobbs, born 1969, of Gold Beach, had his conditional discharge on a heroin possession charge converted to a guilty conviction. In a separate case, he was convicted on a charge of reckless driving and was fined $450; charges of reckless endangerment of another person and third-degree assault were dismissed. In a third case, he pleaded guilty and was convicted on third-degree theft charges.

Eric Wade Hodges, born 1976, of Central Point, was convicted on charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree theft. Two other charges of unlawful entry and three of identity theft, and one of first-degree theft were dismissed.

Daniel Adam Tulles, born 1977, of Gold Beach, changed his plea to guilty on a charge of interfering with a police officer. A charge of resisting arrest was dismissed.

Johnathon Matthew Zentz, born 1994, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty and was convicted on a charge of third-degree escape. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty to the same charge and was convicted; a third charge of third-degree escape was dismissed. In a third case, he pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, and charges of resisting arrest and interfering with an officer were dismissed.

Cody Alan Grable, born 1991, of Port Orford, changed his plea to guilty and was convicted on a second-degree theft charge.

Melvin Arteaga, born 1956, of Harbor, was arraigned on a charge of improper use of 911.

Christina May Baldwin, born 1979, of Central Point, for failing to appear in court to address matters in a DUII conviction.

Jeramie Louis Foreman, born 1980, of Brookings, for failing to appear to address a probation violation in connection with four felony convictions involving possession of methamphetamine, heroin and a firearms silencer.

Cathleen Renee Huff, born 1972, for failing to appear in court to address second-degree disorderly conduct charges.

Anthony Edward Halcumb, born 1997, of Gold Beach, for failing to appear for an arraignment on a possession of methamphetamine charge.
