Jenna Dorene Howard, born 1984, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of identity theft and first-degree theft and released.
Jennings Brian Jackson, born 1972, of Gold Beach, was convicted on a methamphetamine possession charge and sentenced to 18 months’ probation, a six-month license suspension, 10 days in jail, ordered to enroll in a drug treatment program and pay a $1,000 fine.
John Wilson Tulles, born 1953, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree criminal mischief and theft.
John David Zosel, born 1988, of Cape Ferrelo, was convicted on a charge of DUII and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a one-year license suspension, 48 hours in jail, ordered to enroll in a treatment program and fined $2,355. In a second DUII case, he was convicted and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a three-year license suspension and 15 days in jail.
Linda Woolf Neyenesch, born 1942, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.
John Jason Greene, born 1977, of Gold Beach, was convicted on a charge of fourth-degree assault and sentenced to 24 months’ probation and fined $300. A charge of second-degree disorderly conduct was dismissed.
Jacob Trevor Shelton, born 1988, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to a second-degree disorderly conduct charge.
David Steven Mitchell, born 1984, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of menacing, resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Anthony Gilbert DelRio, born 1997, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a weapon and was sentenced to three years’ probation, 30 days in jail, and was ordered to have no contact with West Coast Organics, forfeit his flare gun and pay a $250 fine. A minor in possession charge was dismissed.
Shania Lee Bigsby, born 1996, of Brookings, changed her plea to guilty in a DUII case and had her sentence of 12 months’ probation and a $490 fine diverted. A charge of driving with a suspended license was dismissed.
Michael Shawn Clifton, born 1970, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a DUII charge and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a one-year license suspension, 48 hours in jail, ordered to enroll in an alcohol treatment program and pay a $1,355 fine.
James Merlin Barker, born 1964, of Port Orford, was convicted on harassment and second-degree criminal trespassing charges. In a separate case, he faces a charge of failing to report as a sex offender, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Trapper James Elmquist, born 1981, of Redmond, changed his pleas to guilty for attempting to elude a police officer and DUII. He still faces reckless driving and reckless endangering another person charges, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
Steen Robert Cook, born 1989, of Grants Pass, pleaded guilty to a felon in possession of a firearm charge.
Carrie Mae Starkweather, born 1987, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of a Schedule 1 substance.
Joseph Martin Bush, born 1953, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to second-degree criminal mischief.
Jose Valentin Lopez, born 1994, of Gold Beach, changed his plea to guilty and was convicted of third-degree rape; charges of first-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy were dismissed. Sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
Lee Allen Bond, born 1971, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of DUII, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person.
Paige Breanne Peeter-McAnelly, born 1992, of Winchuck River, for failing to appear in court to address a matter in regards to a DUII conviction.
Louis Anthony Delgado, born 1997, of Brookings, for failing to appear in court in connection with a criminal trespassing charge. He also faces two charges of failing to appear in court.
Vincent Amador Guzman, born 1986, of Brookings, for failing to appear in court to address second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft charges.
Scott Raymond Martin, born 1994, of Shady Cove, for failing to appear in court to address five counts of failing to appear in court based on an original third-degree theft charge.
George Daniel Hobbs, born 1969, of Gold Beach, for failing to appear in court to address a second-degree theft charge.
