James Merlin Barker, born 1964, of Port Orford, had a charge of false swearing dismissed; he has pleaded not guilty to one charge of failing to report as a sex offender.

A jury found Harry Creighton Beeson, born 1949, of Gold Beach, guilty of DUII and recklessly endangering another. A harassment charge was dismissed.

A jury found Evaristo Gonzalez Lopez, born 1962, of Port Orford, guilty of DUII and driving with a suspended license.

Lexi Anne Shelton, born 1985, of Springville, Utah, changed her plea to guilty on a charge of providing false information to an officer and providing false information for a citation. She was convicted on a possession of methamphetamine charge, which netted her 18 months’ probation, a one year license suspension, 10 days in jail, and ordered to undergo drug treatment and pay a $500 fine. The other two charges were merged and she was sentenced to two years probation and 15 days in jail.

Cynthia Lisa Matthews, born 1981, of Everett, Washington, pleaded not guilty to charges of DUII and reckless driving.

A jury found Thomas Roger Putney, born 1951, of Harbor, not guilty of all charges against him including two of harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault.

Julie Marie Names, born 1977, of Grants Pass, pleaded guilty to charge of strangulation and tampering with a witness, and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 30 days in jail consecutive to the second charge, ordered to undergo alcohol treatment and fined $600. On the tampering charge, she was sentenced to five days in jail.

Ryan Kimberugh Bretenstein, born 1989, of Crescent City, was arraigned on charges of DUII and released.

Michael Edward Storm, born 1919, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to DUII charges and had his sentence of one year probation and a $490 fine diverted.

Kamalah Marie Ireland, born 1996, of Port Orford was found guilty by default, after failing to show up in court to address second-degree disorderly conduct charges, and was fined $1,250.

Benjamin Gregg Westbrook, born 1958, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to DUII charges.

Brian James Riddle, born 1984, of Brookings, was convicted on a charge of manufacturing and delivery of a Schedule 1 substance and sentenced to 21 months in prison, three years post-prison supervision and fined $100. A second charge of the same crime, along with one each of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule 1 substance were dismissed. In a separate case, he was convicted on a charge of second-degree theft and sentenced to 90 days in jail concurrent with that in the first conviction, fined $100 and ordered to pay $351 restitution. A first-degree criminal trespassing charge was dismissed.

Robert John Taylor, born 1977, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault.

Vincent Amador Guzman, born 1986, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree theft and released.

John Jason Greene, born 1977, of Gold Beach, changed his plea to guilty to a charge of fourth-degree assault and was released. He has already pleaded not guilty to second-degree disorderly conduct.

Joseph Michael Hanks, born 1982, of Myrtle Point, was arraigned on a DUII charge and released.

Nicole Ann McLean-Lapata, born 1975, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to offensive littering and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, fined $200 and ordered to pay a total of $2,003 restitution to a private party. A charge of second-degree criminal trespassing was dismissed.

Sarah Rebecca Jo Pizzi, born 1973, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Keenan Putansu Sr., born 1962, of Eureka, California, was convicted on a charge of second-degree criminal mischief and sentenced to 15 days in jail and ordered to pay $250 restitution to a private party. Charges of third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with a police officer were dismissed.

Jose Valentin Lopez, born 1994, of Gold Beach, was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree sexual abuse, third-degree rape and third-degree sodomy.

Jon Roy McCoy, born 1985, of Portland, was arraigned on charges of DUII and released.

Charles Author Killian, born 1969, of Gold Beach, had his probation revoked after several violations and was sentenced to 120 days in jail, ordered to pay $2,190 in fines and enroll in an inpatient treatment program.

Joseph Edward Armfield, born 1988, of Harbor, changed his plea to guilty on charges of second-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison and 12 months post-prison supervision. Other charges of unlawful possession and unlawful manufacture of a destructive device and another of unauthorized use of a vehicle were dismissed.

Justin Brylin Denton, born 1995, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of attempting to elude a police officer and released.

David Allan Haggard, born 1956, of Gold Beach, was convicted on a first-degree failure to appear charge and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 20 days in jail, ordered to have no contact with Fred Meyer and fined $200. Charges of failure to report as a sex offender and third-degree theft were dismissed.

Jeremy L. Howe, born 1978, of Talent, was fined $110 for failing to stop at the aquatic invasive species inspection station.

A jury found Scott Thomas Pehrson, born 1961, of Crescent City, guilty on three charges of first-degree aggravated theft and one of second-degree theft.

Jedediah Joseph Chaffee, born 1984, of Bandon, was convicted on fourth-degree assault charges and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 30 days in jail, ordered to enroll in an anger control treatment program and fined $600.

Samuel Orville Pearson, born 1979, of Gold Beach, was convicted on a DUII charge and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, a one-year license suspension, 10 days in jail, ordered to undergo alcohol treatment and fined $2,355. A charge of driving with a suspended or revoked license was dismissed.

Justin Livingston, born 1983, of Agness, pleaded not guilty to a DUII charge.

Poo Chiam Saeteurn, born 1963, of Sacramento, for failing to appear for trial to face charges of felon in possession of a firearm, DUII and failing to present a license.

John Letrell Cader, born 1990, of Winchuck River, for failing to appear in court to address charges of assaulting an officer, fleeing, escape and resisting arrest. The incident also put him in violation of his probation in four other cases involving landscaping without a contractor’s license, theft and criminal trespassing.

William Dale Scobee Jr., born 1961, of Brookings, for failing to appear in court to address a probation violation in connection with a case in which he was convicted of felon in unlawful use of a weapon, possession of methamphetamine and menacing.

Ryan Scott Barrett, born 1989, of Gold Beach, for failing to appear in court to address his DUII conviction.

Kristin Ramona Schuyler, born 1979, of Winchuck River, for failing to appear for trial in a possession of methamphetamine case.

Jennings Brian Jackson, born 1972, of Gold Beach, for failing to appear for trial in a possession of methamphetamine case.

Kevin Scott Eckhardt, born 1978, of Gold Beach, for failing to appear for trial in a DUII and reckless driving case.

Cassadi Renee Bond, born 1992, of Medford, for failing to appear in court on a third-degree theft charge. She is also wanted in a separate case for second-degree theft.

Wayne Orville Jack Jr., born 1985, of Smith River, for failing to appear in court on a harassment charge.C
