Diana L. Lancaster, born 1948, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to two charges of failing to perform the duties of a driver to an injured person, charges of third-degree assault-DUII, third-degree assault, DUII, reckless driving, failure to perform the duties of a driver resulting in property damage, recklessly endangering another person and second-degree criminal mischief.

Devery Randall Freeman, born 1962, of Gold Beach, was convicted on a charge of felon in possession of a firearm and sentenced to 18 months’ probation, ordered to forfeit his weapon and fined $500.

Justin Byrlin Denton, born 1995, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a charge of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 48 hours in jail, a 90-day license suspension and fined $600.

Pete Dale, born 1950, of Gold Beach, pleaded no contest to a harassment charge and was fined $435.

Sarah Jessica Boydston, born 1994, of Brookings, was arraigned, pleaded not guilty to a second-degree theft charge and was released.

Ryan Scott Barrett, born 1967, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of DUII and reckless driving and released.

Kelli Castle-Senior, born 1969, of Brookings, was arraigned on a charge of second-degree theft and released.

Molina Meca-Chatamaria, born 1972, of Gladstone, Missouri, was arraigned on a charge of throwing away a lighted material in a prohibited area.

Keenan Douglas Putansu Sr., born 1962, of Harbor, changed his pleas to guilty to charges of third-degree robbery and two of menacing and released. He has pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree theft and unlawful use of a weapon.

Anthony Edward Halcumb, born 1997, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Jenna Dorene Howard, born 1984, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to first-degree criminal mistreatment, first-degree theft and 10 charges of identity theft.

Stefanie Crystal Welch, born 1985, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to one charge of telephonic harassment. She has yet to enter a plea on a second charge of the same offense.

Auguste Mitchell Jackson, born 1993, of South Beach, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and second-degree criminal trespassing charges. On the first charge, he was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $500; the second garnered him an additional $100 fine. Charges of interfering with a police officer and second-degree disorderly conduct were dismissed.

David Alvarez, born 1982, of Brookings, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree theft and released.

A jury found William Fares, born 1944, of Harbor, guilty of two charges of failing to perform the duties of a driver resulting in property damage.

Patrick Ryan Smith, born 1983, of the Winchuck River area, changed his pleas to guilty on charges of second-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to three years probation, 10 days in jail and fined $850 on the first charge; 90 days in jail, suspended, and fined $600 on the second; and five days in jail to be served concurrently with those in the first charge and fined $300 on the last charge. Two other charges of unlawful entry into a motorized vehicle were dismissed.

Charles Nickels, born 1957, of Brookings, changed his plea to guilty on a harassment charge and had his sentence of 12 months’ probation and a $200 fine deferred.

Kyle James Kellum, born 1990, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to second-degree theft and was sentenced to two years probation, five days in jail, fined $1,100, ordered to have no contact with the Harbor Chevron station and pay $320 in restitution.

Robert Ray Pope III, born 1967, pleaded not contest to a charge of careless driving and was fined $500.

Taylor Bryant Bright, born 1999, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to a DUII charge and had his sentence of one-year probation and a $490 fine diverted. A citation of minor in possession of alcohol was dismissed.

Christopher Brian Wilburn, born 1989, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree rape and first-degree sexual abuse.

David Leslie Smith, born 1953, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of first-degree arson and reckless burning charges.

Warrants issued

Scott Raymond Martin, born 1994, of Shady Cove, for failing to appear in court to address two third-degree theft charges and six charges of failing to appear in court.

Cathleen Renee Huff, born 1972, of Medford, for failing to appear in court to address a second-degree disorderly conduct charge.
