William Herbert Weston III, born 1975, of Wedderburn, changed his plea to guilty to charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and fined $1,500. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.

Mason Sterling Harwell, born 1993, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and was released.
Yvonne Daneau Melton, born 1949, of Harbor, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct and was fined $500.

Daniel Adam Tulles, born 1977, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest and interfering with a police officer and released.
Justin James Bywater, born 1982, of Coos Bay, changed his plea to guilty on charges of third-degree sexual abuse and public indecency, and was sentenced to 48 months’ probation, 180 days in jail, ordered to enroll in sex-offender treatment, not have sexually explicit material in his possession nor be in contact with minors. He was also fined $600. On the second charge he received a sentence of 10 days in jail, concurrent to the public indecency charge. Charges of first-degree sexual abuse and and strangulation were dismissed.
Christopher James Cowan, born 1986, of Brookings, changed his plea to guilty on a charge of manufacture and delivery of a Schedule 1 substance and was sentenced to 36 months in jail, a six-month driver license suspension, 30 days in jail and fined $3,000. He was also told that a violation of his probation would get him 22 months in prison. Other charges of manufacture and delivery of a Schedule 1 substance and possession of a Schedule 1 substance were dismissed.
Iris Faye Yoonja Southwood, born 1994, of Harbor, had her DUII sentence diverted, and was fined $490. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed.
John Letrell Cader, born 1990, of Winchuck River, pleaded not guilty to second-degree theft. In a separate case, he pleaded not guilty to three charges of resisting arrest, two of assaulting a police officer, and one each of third- and second-degree escape.
Bur Seb Timberlake, born 1974, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to 31 charges of identity theft.
