Tuesday, June 17 

Injury vehicle accident, 8:48 a.m.: Lower Harbor Road. 

Dispute/fight, 2:42 p.m.: 1300 block of Moore Street. 

Harassment, 2:54 p.m.: Sporthaven Beach. 

Criminal trespass, 3:08 p.m.: 100 block of Park Avenue. 

Hazard, 3:27 p.m.: Pedrioli Drive. 

Water problem, 8:08 p.m.: 200 block of Fountain Court. 

Criminal trespass, 9:15 p.m.: A male transient was ordered to leave a location in the 800 block of Old County Road.

Juvenile problem, 9:16 p.m.: Del Norte Lane and Hazel Street.

Brookings police made eight traffic stops, resulting in two citations. 

Wednesday, June 18

Suspicious conditions, 2:42 a.m.: Easy Street. 

Unauthorized use of a vehicle, 4:45 a.m.: A citizen reported his vehicle stolen from the 7100 block of Vista Ridge Drive. 

Welfare check, 7:26 a.m.: An officer checked on a transient male after he was reported to be vomiting. He declined the offer of an ambulance and moved along southbound en route to California. 

Unauthorized use of a vehicle, 9:11 a.m.: A vehicle reported as possibly stolen from the 900 block of Helen Lane was found to have been sold with the permission of the registered owner. 

Fire, 9:24 a.m.: Harbor fire units responded to Crestline Loop and West Hoffeldt Lane. 

Suspicious conditions, 12:11 p.m.: Chetco Avenue and Oak Street. 

Violation of city ordinance, 1:20 p.m.: Contact was attempted with the registered owners of two vehicles that have been parked on Oakwood Court for more than 60 days. 

Dispute/fight, 2:01 p.m.: A dispute between neighbors in the 400 block of Pine Street was verbal only. 

Suspicious conditions, 3:03 p.m.: Smith Drive. 

Injury vehicle accident, 4:04 p.m.: Officers responded to a two-vehicle minor injury accident on Highway 101 near East Harris Heights. Both lanes were partially blocked, and a verbal dispute occurred. All involved parties declined ambulance transport. One driver was cited for failure to yield when entering roadway. 

Harassment, 4:37 p.m.: 6500 block of Lucky Lane. 

Non-injury vehicle accident, 7:19 p.m.: Carpenterville and DeMoss roads. 

Loud noise, 9:58 p.m.: Loud people were in the skate park after dark with flashlights. They were advised by an officer of park hours and given a verbal warning for camping within city limits. They moved on as requested. 

Intoxicated subject, 10:17 p.m.: A man reported to be intoxicated walking south on the Chetco bridge was fine. 

Dispute/bridge 11:30 p.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute between adult sisters in the 600 block of Old County Road. One of the adults was warned for disorderly conduct and interfering with a police investigation. 

Suspicious conditions, 11:32 p.m.: 700 block of old County Road.

Thursday, June 19

Dispute/fight, 2:50 a.m.: Two women were cited for disorderly conduct after officer responded to a report of a dispute at Ocean Winds Apartments.

Hazard, 9:58 a.m.: Public works dealt with a downed stop sign at Del Norte and Birch lanes.

Harassment, 10:31 a.m.: 16200 block of Highway 101.

Field interview, 11:09 a.m.: A man was warned for flying a sign with no permit or business license at the entrance to Fred Meyer.

Animal complaint, 2:34 p.m.: Foster Road.

Animal complaint, 3:29 p.m.: Brookings.

Theft, 5:06 p.m.: A bicycle was stolen from the 500 block of Ransom Avenue.

Bike/skateboard complaint, 5:17 p.m.: 300 block of Fifth Street, Elk Drive and Ross Road.

Suspicious conditions, 5:57 p.m.: 1100 block of Chetco Avenue.

Illegal fireworks, 9:07 p.m.: An officer was unable to find the source of illegal fireworks in the area of Pioneer Road and Ransom Avenue.

Dispute/fight, 10:48 p.m.: One person was taken to the hospital after a fight in the 99200 block of Winchuck River Road.
