Anita Deanna Rose Brazille, born 1974, of Merlin, had charges of tampering with physical evidence and one of failing to appear in court dismissed. She pleaded guilty to a second charge of failing to appear in court and was ordered to serve 20 days in jail and pay $500 in fines.

A warrant is out for Tristan Lee Schauerman, born 1985, of Crescent City, who failed to appear in court on DUII charges.

Jennifer Gail Nelson, born 1957, of Harbor, had charges of criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct dismissed.

Christopher James Phillips, born 1979 of Brookings, was found in violation of his probation after he was found driving on a revoked license. Original charges were the same.

Morgan Ann Brown, born 1973, of Brookings, was convicted on DUII charges and sentenced to 24 month’s probation, 48 hours in jail, fined $1,600, ordered to attend alcohol treatment, and will have her driver license suspended for a year.

Ryland Jesse Caudell, born 1980, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of theft and attempted theft, possession of a forged instrument and felony possession of a controlled substance. He faces other charges of criminal mischief and theft.

Joseph Edwin Gish, born 1987, of Port Orford, had all charges against him dismissed, including attempting to elude police, escape and reckless driving.

Janice Kay Hamilton, born 1970, was arraigned on charges of felony identity theft.

Larry Daniel Klamroth, born 1989, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to charges of felony burglary and theft by receiving; trial is May 2.

Erin Paige Shelton, born 1991, of Crescent City, was convicted on one charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Dawn Marie Tucker, born 1965, of Monroe, had charges of felony conspiracy and manufacturing or delivery of a counterfeit substance dismissed. She pleaded guilty and was convicted of one charge of possession of a controlled substance.
