Leroy William Blodgett, born 1951, of Brookings, was released after being arraigned on charges of DUII and reckless endangerment of another person.

James Richard Berry, born 1986, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to one of two charges of driving while under suspension.

Andrew Benson Frost, born 1990, of Brookings, has had a warrant issued after he failed to appear in court on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree assault.

A jury found Janice Kay Hamilton, born 1970, of Gold Beach, guilty of attempted burglary; she will be sentenced March 13.

Timothy Andrew Krueger, born 1977, of Coos Bay, was arraigned on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance, DUII, recklessly endangering another and reckless driving after he was served with a nationwide warrant.

Margaret Samantha Ledlow, born 1983, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of endangering the welfare of a minor; felony charges of delivering marijuana and possession of more than four ounces of marijuana were dismissed. She was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, five days in jail and fined $690.

Brian Scott Linschoten, born 1986, of Brookings, was arraigned on harassment charges that were later dismissed.

David Dean Marenco, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana and refusing to take an intoxicant test. He also faces charges of attempting to elude police, DIII, failing to carry his license, driving while under suspension and uninsured.

Jerry Allen Miller, born 1955, of Harbor, was found guilty of unlawfully being where children congregate.

James Jay Parker, born 1957, of Klamath, Calif., was convicted of three charges of improperly using 911 and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation in each case. He was also to spend 48 hours in jail, fined $350 and ordered to have no contact with the victim in the case or McDonald’s Restaurant in Brookings.

Christopher James Phillips, born 1979, faces a parole violation hearing after driving while his license was revoked.

Julian Phillip Raygoza, born 1989, of Eureka, Calif., was arraigned and convicted of possession of marijuana; he was fined $1,000.

Alexander Gordon Lee Whinery, born 1994, of Grants Pass, was arraigned on charges of marijuana possession.

Brian Wesley Pond, born 1979, of Crescent City, pleaded not guilty to DUII charges and faces a June 4 trial.

James Richard Berry, born 1986, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to two charges of driving while suspended.

Nathan Riley Estis, born 1987, of Brookings, will have his license suspended for six months after he was convicted of felony possession of a controlled substance. Further sanctions may be imposed later.

Larry Daniel Klamroth, born 1989, of Gold Beach, was released after he was arraigned on theft and felony burglary charges.

Sean Patrick Richards, born 1988, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on theft charges.

David Alvarez, born 1982, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of failing to register as a sex offender. He was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail, fined $590 and report as an offender as required.

A warrant has been issued for Jordan Marie Becker, born 1991, of Medford, who failed to appear in court on charges of felony possession of heroin.

David Lovell-Carl Landers, born 1988, of Brookings, plans to change his plea to not guilty on charges of illegal fishing/snagging.

Stephanie Kelly McDonald, born 1985, of Crescent City, has had a warrant issued for her arrest after failing to appear in court on felony robbery charges.

Dawn Marie Tucker, born 1965, of Monroe, appeared in court on an outstanding warrant and was arraigned on two felony charges of conspiracy, two of manufacturing/delivery of a counterfeit substance and possession of a controlled substance from a case in 1999.

Charles Author Killian, born 1969, had his diversion revoked in a DUII case. He will be sentenced March 10.

Jack Anthony Althof, born 1967, of Crescent City, had charges against him dismissed.

Anita Deanna Rose Brazille, born 1974, of Merlin, was convicted on charges of tampering with evidence and two counts of failing to appearing in court.
