Jack Anthony Althof, born 1967, of Crescent City, pleaded not guilty on unauthorized departure and failure to appear charges; he faces trial March 6.

Gary David Stevenson, born 1949, of Sacramento, was released after being arraigned on charges of attempting to elude police and reckless driving.

John Frank Harson Jr., born 1974, of Gold Beach, admitted to contempt of court charges and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $100.

A jury of six found Amber Lureigne Whitewing, born 1961, of Brookings, guilty of criminal trespassing and was sentenced to 12 months probation, fined $480 and ordered to have no contact with the Gold Beach Police Department building.

James R. Berry, born 1986, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of refusing to take an intoxicant test. He was fined $650. A charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed, and he faces two driving while suspended charges.

Andrew Stephen Bilyeu, born 1994, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to charges of minor in possession of alcohol and was fined $260.

Ralph Darnell Birdsell, born 1960, of Brookings, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana.

Bradley Dean Collier, born 1986, of Yreka, pleaded guilty and was convicted of strangulation charges. Assault, interfering with making a report and harassment charges were dismissed.

Shon Michael Davis, born 1976, of Brookings, was found guilty of felony possession of a controlled substance.

Devery Randall Freeman, born 1962, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana.

Cole Anthony Hannan, born 1994, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of minor in possession of alcohol and was fined $260.

Beatriz Avila Johnson, born 1967, of Bakersfield, Calif., had a theft charge dismissed.

Eddie Avon Ledlow, born 1975, of Cave Junction, failed to appear on charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and felon in possession of a firearm. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Andrew Joseph Martin, born 1980, of Gold Beach, had charges of recklessly endangering another and disorderly conduct dismissed.

Daniel Nunez, born 1984, of Crescent City, was arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana.

Shane Michael Ortiz, born 1971, of Harbor, was released after being arraigned on charges of theft.

James Jay Parker, born 1957, of Klamath, Calif., was found guilty of three charges of improper use of the 911 system and will be sentenced March 3.

Zane R. Paulson, born 1990, of Fremont, Calif., failed to appear in court on charges of possession of marijuana and was convicted and fined $1,000 in absentia.

Callie A. Preston, born 1976, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $500.

Jared Allen Strader, born 1981, of Gold Beach had his probation revoked in a DUII and reckless driving case.

Ellis Mae Dickson, born 1987, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty to theft charges and sentenced to 18 months probation, five days in jail and fined $400.

James Francis Anderson, born 1959, of Brookings, was arraigned on two theft charges.

Ryan Wayne Beech, born 1987, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty and was convicted on criminal trespassing charges. He was sentenced to 12 months probation, five days in jail and fined $345, and must have no contact with any Rogue Federal Credit Union. He also pleaded not guilty to charges of theft and felony unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Cody Joe Jones, born 1990, of Ophir, was convicted of theft by receiving charges and sentenced to 12 months probation, five days in jail, fined $440 and ordered to pay $267 in restitution. A charge of interfering with a police officer was dismissed. In another case, a possession of marijuana charge was dismissed.

Jacquelyn Adele Kleid, born 1960 of Brookings, was issued a warrant after failing to appear in court on felony possession of a controlled substance, theft and criminal trespass charges.

Larry Jack Presley, born 1944, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to driving with a revoked license and will face trial April 9.

James Aaron Bowman, born 1988, of Brookings, failed to appear in court and was convicted in absentia of possession of marijuana charges and sentenced to one year of diversion and fined $985.

Sean Michael Clifford, born 1971, of Gold Beach, was convicted on strangulation charges and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 10 days in jail and fined $690. He must also attend domestic violence counseling and have no contact with establishments that serve or sell alcohol.

David Dean Marenco, born 1970, of Gold Beach, violated his probation and was referred back to treatment in relation to his felony DUII case. Court records indicate this is his “last chance.”

Shauna Jane Silva, born 1955, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to not turning in her revoked driver’s license and was sentenced to 12 months probation and fined $405.

Jaden David West, born 1992, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to one year diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock installed in his vehicle.

Nathan Riley Estis, born 1987, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance.

Andrew Joseph Martin, born 1980, of Gold Beach, was sentenced to 24 months probation, 10 days in jail and fined $1,315 on charges of possession of a controlled substance. Other charges of recklessly endangering another and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Blake Jonathan Peters, born 1989, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock installed in his vehicle. He was also arraigned on charges of driving while suspended.

Joshua James Wilson, born 1980, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony possession of a controlled substance. Another similar charge was dismissed.
