Kelsi Elizabeth Covington, born 1991, of Cave Junction, pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance and theft. Four unlawful entry of a motor vehicle charges were dismissed.

Henry Ford Fleming Jr., born 1969, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony possession of a controlled substance and has had his license suspended for six months.

Tiffany Rose Kostakos, born 1983, of Crescent City was arraigned on theft charges.

David Dean Marenco, born 1970, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to felony DUII charges and was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 15 days in jail, fined $2,640, must attend alcohol treatment and will have his driver license suspended for a year. He is also scheduled to submit a plea Oct. 7 in connection with an Aug. 18 case in which he was charged with DUII and attempting to elude an officer. He is also awaiting further action in a case in which he was charged with possession of marijuana and a case in which he stands charged of refusing to take an intoxicant test. Another charge of refusing to take an intoxicant test was dismissed.

Edward Wayne Beeson, born 1980, of Harbor, is scheduled to submit a plea on charges of possession of marijuana and two charges of sexual abuse.

Moriah Renee Koch, born 1995, of Brookings, is scheduled to submit a plea on charges of minor in possession of alcohol. A charge of attempting to elude the police was dismissed.

Jasmine Sky Parliament, born 1994, of Brookings, had charges of attempting to elude police dismissed.

Troy Homer Stewart, born 1968, of Vancouver, Wash., failed to appear in court and is now wanted on a warrant.

Billy Jack Wilson, born 1954, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty and was convicted on DUII charges. Charges of reckless driving and refusing to take an intoxicant test were dismissed.

James Young, born 1963, of Red Bluff, Calif., is wanted on a warrant after he failed to appear in court on original charges of DUII.
