David James Adams pleaded guilty and was convicted of interfering with a police officer and was sentenced to 24 months probation, 30 days in jail, suspended, and fined $690. Marijuana possession charges against him were dismissed.

Tyson Maurice Brown, born 1987, of Portland, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count each of felon in possession of a firearm and unauthorized use of a vehicle. His trial is set for Aug. 1.

Travis Ryan Daniels, born 1988, of Brookings, was arraigned on reckless driving, criminal mischief and failing to perform the duties of a driver charges.

Daniel Joseph Grubb, born 1998, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and was convicted of criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, five days in jail and fined $690. In a separate case, he pleaded guilty and was convicted on charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance and sentenced to 18 months probation and fined $750. Additionally, he pleaded guilty and was convicted of criminal mischief charges and was sentenced to 24 month probation, five days in jail and fined $690.

James Edward Haag, born 1960, of Washougal, Wash., pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to one year of diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock device installed in his car.

Michael Lee Reid, born 1981, of Santa Maria, Calif, pleaded guilty and was convicted of burglary. He was sentenced to 18 months probation, 10 days in jail and must pay $1,180 in fines and $2,098.97 in restitution. A charge of felony criminal mischief was dismissed. In another case, Reid pleaded guilty and was convicted of felony assault and sentenced to 24 months probation, 60 days in jail and fined $600.

Corliss V. Stanton, born 1964, of Myrtle Point, failed to appear in court and was found guilty of fishing for trout out of season. He will be fined $110. Jennifer E. Stanton, born 1980, of Myrtle Point, also failed to show in court and was found guilty and sentenced to the same.

Steve Earl Stevenson, born 1977, of Gold Beach, was sentenced to one year of diversion and fined $335 on charges of possession of marijuana.

Joshua Wilson Wright, born 1982, of Brookings, failed to appear in court on possession of marijuana charges and was convicted. He will lose his license privileges for six months.

Michael Anthony Wright, born 1986, of Cave Junction, had charges of tampering with a witness, assault and obstructing government administration dismissed pursuant to a civil compromise.

Rachelle Christine Buck, born 1963, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was convicted to 18 months probation, 10 days in jail, fined $795 and has her license suspended for six months.

Melissa Sue Jaramillo, born 1976, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to a theft charge. Another was dismissed.

Larry Daniel Klamroth, born 1989, of Gold Beach, was arraigned and pleaded not guilty to first degree felony aggravated theft; he faces trial July 11.

Jeffrey David Knapp, born 1974, of Port Orford, had menacing and contempt of court charges dismissed.

Richard R. Rees III, born 1945, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on charges of refusing to take an intoxicant test.

Brittany Alice Rhodes, born 1990, of Smith River, pleaded guilty and was convicted to failing to perform the duties of a driver and was sentenced to 12 months probation, fined $395, ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution and will have her license suspended for 90 days. Another charge against her was dismissed.

Michael John Wagaman, born 1956, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to DUII and was sentenced to a year of diversion, fined $490 and must have an ignition lock device installed in his car.

James Young, born 1963, of Harbor, pleaded guilty and was convicted of unlawful possession of a firearm and sentenced to 24 months probation, 12 days in jail, fined $540 and must forfeit his weapon. He also was arraigned on a probation violation related to original charges of DUII.
