Susan Diane Heggstrom, born 1963, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to theft charges and will face a trial May 8.

James Robert Miller, born 1987, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of DUII and reckless driving.

Trisha Page, born 1992, of Gold Beach, was arraigned on reckless driving charge and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Freeman Watson Pope, born 1969, of Brookings, arraigned on criminal mischief charges.

Charges of criminal mischief were dismissed against James Francis Anderson, born 1959, of Brookings.

Michael Clarence Loftin, born 1982, of Klamath Falls, pleaded guilty and was convicted of theft; two charges of possession of a controlled substance and another of conspiring theft of identity were dismissed.

Dennie Leighton K Sanderson, born 1986, of Crescent City was convicted of theft charges and sentenced to 24 months’ probation, seen days in jail and fined $850. Two charges of possession of a controlled substance and conspiring theft of identity were dismissed.

John Aaron Simpson, born 1972, of Port Orford, pleaded building to two menacing charges and another of unauthorized use of a vehicle. All other charges — possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, reckless endangerment of another, assault and criminal mischief charges will be dismissed at sentencing May 9.

Joie Lou Maria Spooner, born 1958, of Pleasanton, Calif., pleaded not guilty to assault charges and faces a Sept. 10 trial.

June Ann Black, born 1950, of Brookings had her diversion revoked and was referred back to treatment on original charges of DUII.

Francisco Javier Arrellano, born 1983, of Brookings, was arraigned on assault charges.

Glenda Rae Clapson, born 1957, of Brookings, had charges of practicing medicine without a license reduced to a citation.

Jamie Allen Drescher, born 1989, Port Orford, was arraigned on DUII charges.

Willy Jo Jenkins, born 1974, of Bandon, pleaded guilty and was convicted of unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Amy Louise Olsen, born 1960, of Brookings, was arraigned on a disorderly conduct citation.

Michael Lee Reid, born 1981, of Santa Maria, Calif., was arraigned on criminal mischief and burglary charges.

Theresa Ann Rutherford, born 1972, of Crescent City, pleaded guilty and was convicted of theft; she was sentenced to 36 months’ probation, seven days in jail, fined $850 and restitution to be determined. Two charges of possession of a controlled substance and another of conspiring theft of identity were dismissed.

Alicia Lorraine Benavidez, born 1976, of Port Orford, was convicted on two charges of tattooing another without a license. Six other charges of the same were dismissed.

Michael Brandon Kretz, born 1975, of Brookings, had five charges of criminal mischief dismissed.

Jess Dale Kruse, born 1990, of Gold Beach, pleaded not guilty to the illegal taking of a cougar. He is scheduled to make a plea on amended charges later this month and faces trial Aug. 16.

William Burnell Lemmon IV, born 1982, of Crescent City, was convicted on two charges of theft.

Kevin Wayne Morris, born 1965, of Gold Beach, was referred back to treatment in a parole violation hearing.

Rachel Estelle Wilson-McCullough, born 1970, of Brookings, pleaded guilty and convicted to three charges of criminal trespassing. Charges of disorderly conduct and failure to appear were dismissed.

Glenn Allen Burkhow Jr., born 1980, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to remaining charges of robbery, theft, felon in possession of a firearm and theft. He pleaded not guilty to attempted murder, kidnapping and two assault charges in March in an incident in which he was allegedly involved that left a man seriously injured at the bottom of a cliff in a Port Orford Park in January.

Bruce Cole McHenry, born 1994, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty but was convicted on charges of interfering with a police officer; He was sentenced to 24 months’ probation, 48 hours in jail, referred to alcohol treatment and fined $1,800, all suspended.
