Marine Weather and Waves
A special presentation on Marine Weather and Waves will be given from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 6, at the Gold Beach Center of Southwestern Oregon Community College, located on the grounds of the Event Center on the Beach along Highway101.

“9 to 5”
The Lighthouse Repertory Theatre stages the musical comedy “9 to 5” on weekends through March 17. Showtimes are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. Sundays, all at the Crescent Elk Auditorium, Crescent City.

“Alice in Wonderland”
Brookings-Harbor Community Theater presents “Alice in Wonderland,” on weekends through March 10. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays, all at the Harbor Performing Arts Center in the Brookings-Harbor Shopping Center, Harbor.

Brookings Art Walk
The Second Saturday Art Walk will stroll through downtown Brookings from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 9. Watch the Curry Coastal Pilot for locations and details.

Pistol River Concert
The Pistol River Concert Association presents Mollie O’Brien and Rich Moore in concert at 8 p.m. Saturday,  March 9, at the Pistol River Friendship Hall, 24252 Carpenterville Rd., Pistol River.

Friends of Music Concert
Friends of Music presents pianist Andreas Klein in concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 10, at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 102 Park Ave., Brookings.

Irish Variety Show
The Irish Variety Show gives its first performance west of the Rockies at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 319 E St., Crescent City, as a benefit for the school gym roofing project.

St. Patrick’s Day Dinner
St. Joseph Catholic Church will host a St. Patrick’s Day Dinner at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at the church, 319 E St., Crescent City.

Tsunami Road Show
Oregon Emergency Management brings its Tsunami Road Show to Brookings from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 23, at the Brookings Elks Lodge, 800 Elk Drive.

Brookings-Harbor Home & Garden Show
The annual Brookings-Harbor Home and Garden Show is open Saturday and Sunday, March 30-31, at Kalmiopsis School in Brookings.

Stout Mountain Railway
The Stout Mountain Railway runs “The Eggspress” model train display from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 30, in Stout Park, off Oak Street in Brookings.

Spring Beach Cleanup
The annual SOLVE Spring Oregon Beach Cleanup asks for volunteers to help from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 30. In Curry County, gathering sites are the Brookings Welcome Center across Highway 101 from the Harris Beach State Park entrance, the Port of Gold Beach parking lot, the Ophir State Recreation Site, and Battle Rock Wayside in Port Orford.
