Micah Frank Haymes, born 1974, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to felony burglary and theft charges and will go to trial March 14.

James Kevin Prahl, born 1960, of Port Orford, was arraigned on charges of DUII, reckless driving, driving while suspended and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Anthony Elwood Pries, born 1988, of Grants Pass, failed to appear in court and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He faces criminal mischief and menacing charges.

Joseph Gallardo, born 1957, of Brookings, faces a May 9 trial on DUII and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana charges.

Rory D. Henderson, born 1983, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to DUII, reckless driving and criminal mischief. The latter charges and another for refusing to take an intoxicant test will be dismissed when he is sentenced on the DUII charge.

Donald Charles Radcliff, born 1975, of Brookings, had his probation extended 24 months and was ordered to return to alcohol treatment after he was found to be out of compliance with that treatment.

Johnny L. Smith, born 1958, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to two criminal trespassing charges and sentenced to 24 months probation, fines of $310 and 15 days in jail with five suspended.

Donovan Scott Boyle, born 1994, of Gold Beach, was sentenced to a year of alcohol and drug counseling and fined $335 after found guilty of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

Nova Elise Johnson, born 1978, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a minor. She was sentenced to 12 months deferred probation, alcohol and drug counseling, 60 hours of community service and $567 in fines.

Gerald Michael Paugh, born 1992, of Port Orford, pleaded not guilty to two theft charges and faces an April 12 trial.

A warrant has been issued for Arturo Salazar-Ramirez, born 1987, of Smith River, and his drug diversion program revoked.

Roy F. Wessbecher, born 1958, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to trespassing charges and faces a June 7 trial.

Michael Scott Cornelius, born 1959, of Harbor, pleaded not guilty to charges of pointing a firearm at another and disorderly conduct. He faces a May 10 trial.

Kevin Joseph Eber, born 1989, of Newport, had charges of assault and intimidation dismissed.

Allen Paul Greenwood, born 1960, of Elko, Nev., had his probation extended one year, his drug counseling diversion revoked and must pay $3,071 in fines after he failed to appear in court.

Richard Randall Stansberry, born 1950, of Brookings, was convicted for reckless driving and sentenced to 24 months probation, 72 hours in jail, a 90-day driver’s license suspension and $1,280 in fines.

Phillip E. Chandler, born 1977, of Brookings, was convicted on felony methamphetamine possession charges and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, two days in jail and fined $300.

Michael A. Ebert, born 1967, of Coos Bay, was convicted of theft charges and fined $2,500 and 30 days in jail.

Todd McCloskey, born 1963, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty to felony possession of methamphetamine and faces trial May 9.

Jared Michael Clark, born 1973, of Brookings, had his four-day trial rescheduled to June 11. He faces four charges of sexual abuse and two sodomy charges.

Shon Michael Davis, born 1976, of Brookings, had charges of possession of a controlled substance dismissed.
