Richard James Joyner, born 1982, of Gold Beach, was convicted of felony escape charges and sentenced to 30 days in jail, 24 months probation and fined $715. Two other charges were dismissed.

A mistrial was declared in a DUII case involving Daniel Lee Richardson, born 1961, of Brookings, when the jury returned with a split verdict. Richardson pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and two disorderly conduct charges and was sentenced to 24 months probation and an $850 fine.

Matthew Rosta, born 1930, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to contempt of court.

Marisu Terry, born 1929, hometown not listed, will be arraigned Jan. 22 on reckless driving charges.

Vue Vo, born 1975, of Sacramento, was arraigned on felony burglary and first-degree aggravated theft charges.

Brandon A. Zuber, born 1988, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing and was fined $50.

Todd McCloskey, born 1963, of Brookings, was arraigned on possession of methamphetamine charges.

David L. Landers, born 1988, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing and fined $50.

Jasper Cope Latham, born 1988, hometown not listed, was convicted of criminal mischief and fined $500.

Thomas John Seidel, born 1962, of Brookings, was arraigned on criminal trespassing charges.

Misdemeanor charges against Denise D. Stuart, born 1960, of Myrtle Point, were dismissed after they were changed in court to a citation.

Dale Edward Denton, born 1951, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to having his dog running at large and paid a $100 fine.

Axel Lee Dunn, born 1992, of Brookings, was arraigned on DUII charges.

Melissa Sue Jaramillo, born 1976, of Stockton, Calif., pleaded guilty to methamphetamine possession and sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months of probation and a $750 fine. In another case involving theft, she pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five days in jail, fined $475 and must pay $3,000 in restitution.

Mark Craig Keller, born 1966, of Grants Pass, is now under “wanted” status by Curry County law enforcement. His failure to appear in court Jan. 14 marked the seventh time he’d failed to comply.

Joseph L. Kraemer, born 1968, of Langlois, pleaded guilty to a wildlife infraction and was fined $400.

Duane Eugene Bond, born 1962, of Brookings was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 36 months probation and fined $2,590. In a different case, he was convicted of refusing to take an intoxicant test and fined $650.

Zachary G. Brown, born 1991, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to criminal trespassing charges and fined $50.

Dale Edward Denton, born 1951, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to having a dog as public nuisance charges and was fined $50.

Casey J. Faahs, born 1979, of Smith River, pleaded guilty to harassment charges and was sentenced to an 18-month deferred sentence and fined $590. Another charge against him was dismissed.

Nicholas Floyd Loebs, born 1990, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to failing to perform driving duties and two assault charges and will be sentenced Feb. 15.

Christine Righetti, born 1966, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to harassment charges and was fined $200.

Francis Evelyn Genevieve Schriver, born 1987, of Harbor, was convicted of two charges of interfering with an officer and sentenced to 24 months probation, 10 days in jail and $690. Two other charges were dismissed.

Eric J. Strickland, born 1960, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to working without a landscape contractors license and criminal mischief. A trial is set for two similar charges in February.

Cory Thomas Alvarez, born 1992, of Ft. Dick  pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor theft charges and faces a jury Feb. 1.

Matthew Rosta, born 1930, of Brookings, pleaded guilty to contempt of court charges.

Matthew Tyrell Smith, born 1985, of Coquille, pleaded not guilty to felony burglary charges, theft, assault, interfering with an officer and misdemeanor harassment; a 12-person jury trial will be held April 9.

Matthew Blake Storm, born 1993, of Port Orford, was found to be in violation of his probation.

Ryan Allen Vanbuskirk, born 1980, of Port Orford, was removed from probation.
