A Circuit Court judge agreed to consolidate three fish and game misdemeanor charges and a felony theft charge against Charles Vincent Case, born 1965, of Port Orford.

Michael Lee Colby, born 1987, of Gold Beach, was found guilty of felony burglary and unauthorized use of a vehicle charges. Sentencing has not been scheduled.

Carroll Hylton, born 1947 or Clovis, Calif., pleaded no contest and was found guilty of misdemeanor wildlife and fish and game license tag violations and fined $500.

Melissa Sue Jaramillo, born 1976, of Stockton, Calif., was found in violation of probation and fined $4,090 on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and theft charges.

Ashley Lyn Scala, born 1989, of Brookings, pleaded no contest to charges of criminal mistreatment and was fined $1,000, had 18 months of probation deferred and was ordered to perform 50 hours of community service.

Archie Britt Smith, born 1973, of Klamath Falls, was found guilty of boat DUII, and fined $602, had 12 months deferred probation and was ordered to take boating safety classes.

Robert John Taylor, born 1977, of Gold Beach, pleaded guilty to felony possession of methamphetamine. Sentencing has not been set.

Jason Arthur Urquhart, born 1971, of Ophir, pleaded guilty to felony possession of methamphetamine and was fined $930, license suspended six months, 10 days in jail and 18 months probation. He also pleaded guilty to charges of DUII and was sentenced to 24 months probation and fined $1,500.

Matthew Louis Dulisse, born 1973, of Brookings, pleaded not guilty on charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct and will face a six-person jury in February.

Jeremiah Hamas Haynes, born 1978, of Crescent City, obtained a waiver of extradition and was released on conditions on charges of attempting to elude a police officer and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Melanie Diane Heller, born 1966, of Brookings, was found guilty of misdemeanor DUII and sentenced to 24 months probation, fined $1,900, had his license suspended for a year and must undergo alcohol treatment.

Donald Darwin Johnson, born 1959, of Port Orford, was found in violation of his parole, fined $305 and sentenced to 12 months probation.

Raymond Eugene Tuttle, born 1985, of Brookings, was issued a warrant for failure to appear in court.

Jeannie Carter, born 1970, of Port Orford, pleaded guilty to assault and failing to perform her duties as a driver.

William Joseph Arias, born 1984, of Eagle Point, was referred to a diversion program after he failed his vehicle breathalizer interlock device.

Jerry Wayne Baker, born 1992, of Coos Bay, was released on conditions after being charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Burrill L. Catanach-Black, born 1939, of Brookings, pled no contest to unlawfully obtaining public assistance, fined $600 and sentenced to 12 months of probation.

Forrest Lynn Clark, born 1977, of Brookings, entered a guilty plea on charges of felony public indecency.

Mark Richard Fleming, born 1971, of Harbor, was issued a warrant for a probation violation.

Tobias James Rose, born 1973, of Brookings, was released on conditions on charges of felony manufacture, delivery and possession of marijuana.

Angelina Kristine Sandez, born 1992, of Gold Beach, failed to appear in court on charges of misdemeanor harassment charges.

Matthew Blake Storm of Port Orford was found guilty of assault on a public safety officer. Three other charges were dismissed.

Freeman Watson Pope was issued a warrant for failing to appear in court on a DUII case.
