Ronald Barnes, born 1944, Rogue River, was convicted Oct. 8 of unlawful taking of a coho salmon. He was sentenced to pay $250.

 Bud Keller, born 1946, Medford, was convicted Oct. 8 of unlawful taking a coho salmon. He was sentenced to pay $250.

 David Allan Johnson, born 1961, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 8 of probation violation. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 335 days in jail.

Tevis Eugene Scheuchzer, born 1978, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 8 of first-degree burglary and second degree burglary. For first-degree burglary, he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, three years’ probation and to pay $2,250 plus restitution to be determined in 90 days. For second-degree, he was sentenced to 20 days in jail, two years’ probation and to pay $750.

Cynthia Nichole Sems, born 1989, Roseburg, was convicted Oct. 8 of delivery of a controlled substance. Sentencing was set for March 1.

Aubrey Henry Ramsey Jr., born 1967, Sixes, was convicted Oct.8 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and was sentenced to pay $650.

Matthew Ray Martin, born 1976, Central Point, was convicted Oct. 8 of reckless endangering another.  He was sentenced July 9 to five days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $1,600.

Jason Arthur Urquhart, born 1971, Ophir, failed to appear Oct. 8 for a case management hearing for a trial scheduled for Oct. 10. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Nesha Adale Walz, born 1975, Gold Beach, on Oct. 9 was found not guilty of assault, attempted assault and disorderly conduct.

Allan Paul Greenwood, born 1960, Gold Beach, on Oct. 9 had his DUII diversion revoked and he was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $2,690.

Tracie Lynn Gutierrez, born 1976, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 9 of negotiating a bad check. Sentencing was set for Oct. 10.

 Eric Michael Corey, born 1967, Port Orford, was sentenced Oct. 10 for arson. He was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison, 24 months’ post-prison supervision and to pay $18,962.41 restitution.

Kami Rene Goeckner, born 1982, Gold Beach, was convicted Oct. 10 of probation violation. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Todd Owen Nestor, born 1972, Brookings, was convicted Oct. 10 of coercion and assault. For coercion, he was sentenced to 12 months in jail and three years’ post-prison supervision. For assault, he was sentenced to 90 days, to be served consecutively, and 36 months’ probation.

Ryan Allen Vanbuskirk, born 1980, Hillsboro, was convicted Oct. 10 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail.

 Johnny Lee Smith, born 1958, Brookings, was sentenced a five-day suspended in jail and 12 months probation and fined $50 for trespassing.

Emily Ann Arlint, born 1994, Gold Beach, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months probation and $660 in fines for assault.

Tisha Froehlich, born 1974, Wedderburn, was sentenced to five days suspended jail, 12 months probation and $1,140 in fines for theft.

Andrea Marie Henry, born 1975, of Brookings, was fined $250 for telephone harassment.

Patrick Nathaniel Shuman , born 1980, Brookings, was convicted of burglary and criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison on each charge, to run concurrently, 12 months of post-prison supervision, $1,000 in fines and $8,080 in restitution.

Timothy Lewis McKenzie, born 1951, Bandon, was convicted of theft and criminal trespassing and will be sentenced Nov. 15.

Michael Lee Colby Jr., born 1987, Gold Beach, was convicted of theft and two criminal mischief charges and will be sentenced Oct. 24.

Nova Elise Johnson, born 1972, Brookings received a six-month extension in her case regarding endangering the welfare of a minor.

Rebecca Noel Carroll, born 1978, North Bend, was convicted of disorderly conduct.
