Jessie graduated from Del Norte High School in 2007.

She was passionate about photography, animals, music, art and most of all the people she loved. She was fiercely loyal. In many ways, Jessie was fearless and often terrified her parents, but she was so sweet, loving, kind and funny that you could not help but love her. She had an innate talent for social work and a colorful use of the English language.

She struggled with ADD and hadn’t quite got organized enough to go back to college. She loved her friends and family deeply, was hurt easily, got mad if you crossed her and forgave instantly. She loved tacos, laughing, texting, children, her new puppy Isis, who she was training, and their cat, Kahwell. She had a job she was proud of and a partner she loved. We will miss her and were fortunate to have know her, she was meteor in our lives, which burned brightly but not long enough.

She is survived by her mother, Cindy Fox, her father Donald McArthur, her sister Melina Jones, her brother Bruce McArthur. Also survived by her nephew Kahliel Jones, her fiance Eric Rodriquez, her puppy Isis, her cat Kahwell, many relatives and very good friends.
