‘Grease’ returns to Harbor stage

After taking into consideration the talents of local actors, Brookings-Harbor Community Theater has decided to bring back the classic musical, “Grease.”

The show will replace “West Side Story.” Therefore a new round of auditions has been scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 20. 

Teens and adults are invited to audition for the following “Grease” characters:  Danny, Sandy, Rizzo, Kenickie, Frenchy, Marty, Jan, Roger, Doody, Sonny, Patty Simcox, Eugene, Miss Lynch, Johnny Casino, Vince Fontaine, Teen Angel, Cha-Cha, the male ensemble, and the female ensemble. 

 

Childcare will be available during auditions and rehearsals. Rehearsals will be Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30 to 8:45 p.m and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon. Show opens in May and includes participation in the Azalea Festival parade.
