One hundred and fifty-four Art Walkers cast votes for their favorite fudge on Feb. 11, at the Chetco Community Public Library during the Second Saturday Art Walk First Fudge-Off.

Ten cooks entered the competition with 13 varieties of the confection.

Judges Anne Boulley, George Rhodes, Dan Brattain and Marge Woodfin tasted and rated each entry for three categories, traditional and specialty fudge and best overall.

In addition, Pete Chasar, featured artist at the library, lended his expertise to judge visual presentation, and before they rocked the room, the Carl Rovanian and the Boon Dock Band tasted each entry for a musicians’ choice award.
