Cody Joe Jones, born 1990, Ophir, was convicted April 4 of possession of methamphetamine, theft and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. For meth, He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and ordered to pay $922; for theft, he was sentenced to five days to be served consecutively, 18 month’s probation and to pay $435; for marijuana, he was ordered to pay $1,045.

Anthony J. Cervantes, born 1985, Brookings, was convicted April 8 of probation violation. His probation was continued and he was sentenced to five days in jail.

Skylar James Guffee, born 1972, Gold Beach, was convicted April 8 of disorderly conduct. He was ordered to pay $75.

Ryan Dennis Martin, born 1974, failed to appear April 8 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Kiley William Ortman, born 1975, Crescent City, was convicted April 8 of possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentencing was set for April 15.

Andre Dwayne Wright, born 1985, was convicted April 8 of contempt of court. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,250. He was also convicted of delivering marijuana and interfering with a peace officer. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, 36 months probation and ordered to pay $602 for interfering.

Jeremy Lee Rundle, 32, Gold Beach, was convicted April 8 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 80 hours of community service and his probation was extended one year.

Bradley Elwin Drafahl, born 1963, was convicted April 11 of failure to perform duties of a driver. He was ordered to pay $95 plus $2,000 restitution.

Shawnee Anderson, born 1991, Brookings, was convicted of minor in possession of alcohol on April 11 and was ordered to pay $200.

Christopher Hodge, born 1990, was convicted April 11 of minor possessing alcohol, and was ordered to pay $200.

Ashlee Anne Loveless, born 1991, Brookings, was convicted April of minor possessing alcohol and was ordered to pay $200.

Kevin A. Miner II, Selma, failed to appear April 11 for arraignment on a charge of theft of services. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Keith Douglas Smith, born 1956, Ophir, failed to appear April 11 for a hearing on trial readiness. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Benjamin John Wilsterman, born 1985, St. George, Utah, was convicted April 11 by default of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,045.

Christopher Works, born 1986, Coarse Gold, Calif., was convicted April 11 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,45.

Kayla Stauffacher, born 1991, Grants Pass, was convicted April 11 of minor possessing alcohol and was ordered to pay $300.

John Allen Gennai Jr., born 1953, Brookings, was given a one-year diversion April 12 for driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was ordered to pay $458.

Kenneth Payne, born 1989, Gold Beach, was convicted April 12 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail.

Joseph Francisco Cyrus, born 1989, Brookings, was convicted April 12 of possession of a controlled substance and probation violation. For possession, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 18 months’ probation and to pay $785. For probation violation, his probation was revoked and he was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to be served consecutively.

Axel Lee Dunn, born 1992, Brookings, was convicted April 13 of interference with a police officer. He was sentenced to 40 hours of community service, 24 months’ probation and to pay $492 and write a letter of apology to the officer.

Kiley William Ortman, 36, Crescent City, was sentenced Friday on his convictions for possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of intoxicants. For possession, he was sentenced to 10 days in jail, to be served consecutively, 18 months’ probation and to pay $642. For DUII, he was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $1,755.
