David Arthur Anderson, 41, Gold Beach, on June 7 was convicted of failure to validate a salmon tag. He was ordered to pay $262.

Dayton Otis Holcomb, 68, Gold Beach, was convicted June 7 of driving while suspended. He was ordered to pay $1,045.

Clint Hagood, 30, Brookings, was convicted June 7 of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He was ordered to pay $1,000.

Chanay Humphrey, 19, Brookings, was convicted June 7 of minor in possession alcohol and was ordered to pay $155.

Larry Lee Ismert, 70, Pistol River, was convicted June 7 of taking a non-fin clipped chinook. He was ordered to pay $256.

Nick Massey, 20, Brookings, was convicted June 7 of minor in possession alcohol and was ordered to pay $155.

Renee Marie Reichlin, 38, Smith River, Calif., failed to appear June 7 on a served warrant for probation violation. A warrant was issued for her arrest.

Jerome Malcom Rodstein, 78, Palos Verdes, Calif., was convicted June 7 of failure to validate a salmon tag. He was ordered to pay $213.

Keith Vernon Hawes, 32, Gold Beach, was convicted June 8 of disorderly conduct. He was placed on 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $385.

Catherine Mendoza, 38, Brookings, was convicted June 8 of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, and her earlier DUII diversion was revoked and she was sentenced for DUII. On the revoked diversion, she was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 36 months’ probation and ordered to pay $1,635. For the new DUII, she was sentenced to 15 days, to be served consecutively, 36 months’ probation and to pay $2,755. For reckless driving she was sentenced to 10 days, to be served concurrently, 36 months’ probation and to pay $102.

David Marc Byrnes, 46, Nampa, Idaho, failed to appear June 9 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Christopher James Phillips, 31, Harbor, failed to appear June 9 for arraignment on two show cause orders. Warrants were issued for his arrest.

Pablo Velazquez, 38, Buckeye, Ariz., failed to appear June 9 for arraignment on a show cause order. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Terri Lisa Slater, 44, Brookings, was convicted June 9 of driving under the influence of intoxicants and probation violation. For the DUII, she was sentenced to 15 days in jail, 36 months’ probation and to pay $2,755. For the probation violation, she was sentenced to 30 days, to be served consecutively.

Kelly Michelle Bolger, 31, Brookings, was convicted June 10 of probation violation. She was sentenced to 10 days in jail and her probation was continued.

Jessie Lee Davidson, 28, Warrenton, was convicted June 10 of four counts of probation violation. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail on each count, to be served concurrently, and was placed on 24 months’ post prison supervision.

Aubre Beth Allen, 21, Grants Pass, was convicted June 10 of assault. She was given a deferred sentence and ordered to pay $567 plus $501 restitution.

Nicholas James Kolias, 50, Grants Pass, was convicted June 10 of felony possession of marijuana and assault. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail, three years’ probation and to pay $2,035 on the possession conviction and 10 days, to be served consecutively, 24 months’ probation and to pay $885 on the assault conviction.

James Johnson, 61, Port Orford, was convicted June 10 of interfering with making a report and harassment. He was given a 12-month deferred sentence and ordered to pay $884.

Stanley Peter Kudearoff, 23, Agness, was convicted June 10 of interfering with a peace officer. Sentencing was set for June 24.

Timothy Allen Maynard, 20, Port Orford, was sentenced June 10 on his conviction June 3 of reckless burning, aggravated first-degree theft and two count of second-degree burglary. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 90 days suspended, 36 months’ probation and to pay $202 plus $194,579 restitution, jointly with another person, for reckless burning; 20 days in jail, to be served consecutively, 24 months’ probation, and to pay $142 for theft; 10 days, to be served consecutively, 18 months’ probation and to pay $142 on one burglary conviction; and 10 days, to be served concurrently, 18 months’ probation and to pay $142, on the other burglary conviction.

Michael David Reyes, 19, Salem, was convicted June 10 of probation violation. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail and his probation was continued.

Kerry Dallas Bolter, 44, Port Orford, was convicted June 10 of harassment, contempt of court and possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced on June 11 to 30 days in jail, 24 months’ probation and to pay $702 for contempt, 10 days in jail (to be served consecutively), 18 months’ probation and to pay $785 for meth, and 10 days in jail (to be served concurrently), 24 months’ probation and to pay $702 for harassment.
